Come and relax in the Florida sun. Golf or just sit in the sun at the beach. Either way you won't want to leave. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home hidden away on beautiful and friendly, private Meadowbrook Ct. in Lake Fairways 40+ park. The house has just recently been updated with master & guest bathroom renovation. It is also only a short 20 minute car ride to the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed with half bathroom attached. A guest bedroom with queen bed is located adjacent to the second full bathroom. There is a beautiful lanai with A/C if needed. This is great for relaxing with your morning coffee or entertaining friends and family. The house has a flat screen TV cable, and WiFi. Within a short walk or rid you will be at the beautiful clubhouse, with large community pool or an 18 hole golf course. Or go a little further and you can also enjoy all the amenities that Pine lakes has to offer. Another 18 hole golf course, driving range, lighted tennis courts, and lots of activities such as fitness center, library, pool and ping pong room, restaurant where some really fun karaoke is held Friday nights in season. Plus there are many other amenities which can be used by Pine lakes and Lake Fairways renter's. Our park offers a large number of classes during peak season you would be welcome to participate in should you choose. For ex. line dancing, zumba, several different types of water aerobics, other types of workouts, Tai Chi, ceramics, to name a few. We are close to shopping, restaurants, Publix groceries and Walgreens. Just bring your clothes, suits, clubs and rackets everything else is furnished. Towels, linens, iron, ironing board, and a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. Sorry we don’t allow pets. Our home is available for annual rental if you would like. Ask for rate per month that is all included. We would love to have you stay!

Restful

This home is in a very friendly community. Washrooms and pool very clean. Hot tub is actually hot overlooking a nice pond. We did need to go and borrow a sharp knife from a friend and bought a cutting board, cooking sheet and and ice cream scoop (which we left for others) No big deal on the kitchen items. Everything that you need for your visit was there. Celeste made everything clear regarding our stay and she was a pleasure to work with. Hopefully we will return next year.

Has potential but needs work

I stayed six weeks and spent the first couple weeks dealing with issues. There was no heat which was very much needed this January. I finally resorted to buying a space heater to make it livable. The washing machine didn’t work. The kitchen was lacking a lot of bare necessities in order to cook. There was no check in process or info about the community so I had no idea what to do when I had visitors or what activities might be available. Or when the garbage pickup occurred not to mention the garbage can was full when I arrived. The main part of the place was clean but the patio, lanai and the shed were gross. I had to wash the dust mop in order to clean it myself. It might be better suited for short term (one week rentals) who don’t care as much about the cleanliness or cooking at home. Having paid $5,000 to stay here the money should be used to invest in maintaining the property and outfitting it properly. There is still a flapping piece of metal on the roof that needs to be fixed. Neither I nor Celeste could figure out to get the tvs in the bedrooms to work. Celeste the local contact was great and very responsive. She tried her best to address all of the issues.
