This condo enjoys a prime location at Jay Peak Resort, just around the corner from the legendary water slides, wave pool, lazy river, hot tubs, and children's play area at the Pump House Indoor Waterpark (please note that additional fees apply). You'll also be less than a quarter-mile east of the Metro Quad Lift in the winter (helping you access the resort's 81 trails across 385 acres), a quarter-mile west of the golf course come summer, and only one mile north of the Jay Peak Mountain Kids Adventure Center.

Please know that this condo's building is a four bedroom lock out with two condos on top of each other. This condo can be rented together with the two-bedroom Latitude Adjustment as Summit Solitude & Latitude Adjustment.
Please note that use of the aquatic facilities and other Jay Peak Resort amenities is not included in the price of your rental and may require an additional purchase.
Stairs are required to access this condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
