This loft, located on the ground floor of Palazzo Sottil, a baroque noble palace from the late 18th century, is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The large space, with its modern kitchen and relaxation area, is perfect for those seeking an authentic experience. The Modica stone floor and high ceilings with large windows create a light and airy atmosphere and add a touch of charm and originality.
Let yourself be won over by this open-space loft, a work of art in itself. A bold mix of vintage elements and contemporary design creates a unique and creative atmosphere. The modern and equipped kitchen is perfect for those who love to experiment in the kitchen. The living room, with its comfortable armchairs and LED TV, is the ideal place to relax and get inspired. The sleeping area, with its canopy double bed, is an oasis of romance. The en suite bathroom, equipped with a shower, completes the offer of this original accommodation. A practical washer/dryer machine is also available to guests in the structure.
