On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with air conditioning and underfloor heating so you can set the perfect temperature whatever the weather. There is also a large sofa bed and a smart TV with streaming services. Next to the sofa is a dining table large enough for your entire group, and next to the table is a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the classic kitchen appliances, the kitchen also has smaller useful appliances such as a toaster, microwave and filter coffee maker, as well as a high chair for babies.



Villa Casa Verde has a total of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional toilet with a sink. One bedroom with a bathroom is located in a separate building with a kitchenette, making it ideal for guests who want extra privacy. It would be a shame not to explore the nearby Adriatic coast while staying at the villa. Drive to Novi Vinodolski and stop at the Gradina lookout point for views of the coast and nearby islands.
