There was an error in the number of beds, but we were able to get it corrected with no problems. The man who checked us in was polite and accommodating. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The breakfast is excellent. I stayed here a number of years ago and it is still just as pleasant as it was then.

Staff were amazing and let us check in a little early after travelling through the night. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. We also used the free transport available and had the best time. Location next to the central station and underground. Staff were friendly and polite and did a lot for us, thank you very much.
