Great beds and pillows, terrific staff & owner.

Short overnight stay. Convenient to train depot. Hotel in process of refurbishing, so there were a few issues, e.g. tv wasn't working, no tissues or cups in the bath, a few gaps in the flooring due to be replaced. But, the staff graciously changed our room and made sure all was well in the new room. It was clean, very comfortable beds and pillows and helpful, friendly staff.

Decent spot

Staff was nice, convenient location to nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet didn't offer much variety, but the coffee was fresh. Was only in town for a follow-up job interview and had pleasant experience with Jack London Inn in the past. So I booked them again and again they delivered. Will stay here again should I have to stay in Oakland.

Staff was great. There was a lot of females walking around half naked not very kid friendly. My room wasn’t serviced at all but other than that it was ok. Great prices and lots of fun across the street and in the area 👌

Pleasant, stay.

Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few issues that came up. For example, the TV not working and our trash not being picked up from the room. But as soon as we addressed it to the staff, the issue was resolved, they do offer continental breakfast, but my fiancé and I did not try it. So I can't rate that
