Our room had some bugs, the bathroom window was cracked, the shower insert has holes, that were patched ( poor attempt to improve the room) and there was black mold in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Not 2 star as advertised. Noisy, room smelled, tub had sand in it, hair on toilet, rust on mirror and refrigerator. Liked bathroom mirror, staff sent over maintenance guy to get sand out of shower to no avail. Enjoyed praise and worship music being play in lobby when I checked out ( that made up for everything). I hope Manager is recovering.

Staff was nice. Room smelled, bathroom smelled of throw-up. No water pressure in shower. I kept finding myself closing my eyes and imagining I was somewhere else.

The room was dirty floors was dirty looks like it wasn’t swept or mopped in a long time, soap from previous guest still in tub. House keeper knocked on my door at 9am to see if o was checking out soon I paid extra for late check out since we didn’t arrive til after midnight and I have a new born which she woke banging on my door so I just got my stuff together and left no reason to stay if baby can’t sleep. Just. Wasted that extra money.

Was not happy that the website states there are coffee makers in the rooms. THERE ARE NOT! I purposely changed to this hotel from another for that reason! I also called about check in times because we were arriving with a dog. Was told that everything was good and we could even pay to check in early if we choose to. We arrived right at 3:00 check in time, only to be told to go have some lunch because the rooms would not be ready for a few hours. We had a dog with us, not many options to go for lunch for a few hours. The hotel stated that they were understaffed and fully booked! This was not what I wanted to hear after drivin 3 hours to get into my hotel.
