The kitchenette room is large enough for four people. The view is perfect. The staff is friendly. And, 16th St is not far, but far enough from the masses. The rooms are a bit dated, smaller bathroom, and have a scent. Be sure to bring a smell good. We've stayed twice and would again.

The indoor pool smelled terribly of chemicals. Our room smelled and seemed dirty. Everything was very dated. They say it's non-smoking but no one is stopping guests from smoking everywhere.

We really loved our stay. Perfect location, central location right on the boardwalk and beach. We didn’t have to get in our car to drive anywhere for the entire week! Amazing views. Great people. And most importantly - very clean! I would definitely go back. The facility just needs some remodeling and upgrades. You can tell a lot of the stuff is older, for example the bathroom and kitchen areas are in need of a remodel. The floors are uneven connecting the buildings together. The pool chairs are visibly rusty. All in all we had a really great stay. As I said, I’d just recommend they put some money into upgrading their facilities.

Overall my experience is as great ! Front desk staff were very attentive. Arrived early, was able to use the facilities while we waited for the room, which was ready within 20 minutes. Overall the room was clean , the grounds needed some up keep, but with that many people that is probably hard to do. The pools were always being checked and cleaned.

It was fine. Great location on the boardwalk and the ocean. The indoor pool was unbearable due to over chlorination. The AC unit in our room was horribly loud and leaked all over the carpet. The staff were mostly friendly. It felt a little low rent overall.

Well the first room I was in had bed bugs. I paid 3000 dollars through Expedia which I found out it was least expensive going through the hotel itself. Needless to say I was angry. At first they said no other rooms available. In fact ocean city was 99% booked up. Parking was ok but due to the fact I’m disabled and had to walk from the far parking lot most nights. The best thing about this place was the view
