Wish we could have stayed longer - the breakfast is set up for Japanese travellers, but it all looked very pretty! The onsen was clean and not over crowded. The room was very nice and you could borrow a yukata and obi from reception to wander about in. Lovely and would like to come back.

Good location , just a few minutes walk from the train station,. The buffet breakfast is great that has variety food and drinks. We also enjoyed the Onsen , overall it's a great stay.

We visited Beppu for the Onsen and were not disappointed - this was a great part of our trip. The rooftop pool had fantastic views but wasn't quite warm enough for the time of year/level of wind. The rooftop hot tub was a bath, which was little odd. Room was comfortable, maybe a little dated. Hotel services were great - breakfast, welcome drinks, and complementary yukatas. We found enough places to eat round the hotel also.

Skip the buffet if you’re looking for a continental breakfast option. At ¥3300, it was pricey for a coffee and a few slices of thick cut bacon. Like most of Japan, tourism is not really geared towards westerners- which is fine, just do your research ahead of time and find one of the many off-site options in the area.

Amazing pool

We had a very pleasant stay in this centrally located hotel, which still offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool, which offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The onsen and sauna facilities were also very enjoyable and added to the relaxing experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beppu.

This property is dirty. The room we stayed in had dust balls in the corners and dust on the window sills. The bathroom was covered in black mold. The smell was horrendous. I reported the mold to the staff. I asked to be relocated. They said they were unable to accommodate. The staff was unfriendly. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend staying here, especially for the price.
