시댁어른. 친정식구. 대가족 여행이였습니다, 딱 처음 들어갔는데 곰팡이냄새가 코를 찔렀습니다. 그리고 샷시 틀에 초파리가 엄청 많이 죽어있었습니다. 온집안의 문을 열고 환기를 시키면서 곰팡이냄새를 없애려고 노력했습니다. 여행끝날때까지 냄새가 없어지지않았으며, 냄새에 적응을 했습니다. 또 수건에서 냄새가 심각했으며 누런색이였고 세수하고 닦는것 자체가 찝찝했습니다. 화장실 샤워실에 뜨거운물이 나오지않고 온수최대로 올려도 살짝 차갑다 느껴질정도의 미지근한물밖에 나오지않았습니다. 반면에 침대가 많고 방이 많아서 대가족이 묵기엔 좋았습니다. 또 편의용품 일회용품? 예를 들면 종이컵, 일회용 비닐팩, 일회용 칫솔, 치약 , 충분한 식기, 아이들 커틀렛, 컵 등등 넉넉한 갯수에 아주 편하게 식사를 만들어 먹을 수 있었고 세탁기, 건조기가 있어서 수건이 부족했어도 빨아서 쓸 수 있어서 좋았습니다! 수영장은 물이 생각보다 깊었으며 미온수보다 살짝 낮은 온도여서 오랫동안 물속에 있기엔 힘들었고 수영장에 넓어서 어른4명에 아이2명 함께 수영해도 넉넉해서 좋았습니다! 수질은 좋은편이였던것 같습니다!

家族12名で4泊利用しましたが、綺麗で快適に過ごせました。設備の一部が壊れていたり、足りなくなった備品がありましたが、連絡するとすぐ現地スタッフの方が対応してくれ、不自由ありませんでした。4泊以上だと途中プールの掃除もしていただけます。大人数で沖縄に宿泊するには最適だと思います。

チェックインでキーロックが解錠出来なかった。 乾燥機が故障？直ぐ止まり使えなかった。 猫が４匹いてご飯をねだる。宿泊者に餌やりを自粛するように案内された方が良いのでは！

가족들이 함께 식사하고 놀고 정말 좋았어요.단지 단점은 5일 숙박기간동안 청소를 안해주는것과 수건을 교체해주지않고 빨아 사용하는 부분이 조금 불편했습니다. 그리고 방과방사이가 방음이 좀안되는 부분이 ... 근데 전체적으로는 너무 좋았어요.

3家族で行きました。 口コミに書いてある騒音だったり 近隣の事は全く問題なく、 近隣の方々も挨拶した際に楽しんでくださいね！って優しい方々でした。 周りが静かだったので 遅い時間は音が響くって事なのかなーと思い、普通に過ごせば全く問題ないと思います。 プールは使わなかったですが、 BBQもできたし楽しく過ごせました。 お部屋もすごく綺麗でした！ ２日前にメールが届くと記載されてたんですが、届かなく電話で問い合わせたところ親切に対応して頂きました。 メールアドレスを直接やりとりして 送っていただきました。 この２日前に届くと言われていたメールがExpediaのメールBOXに前日に届きました。なぜだろう...? また利用したいと思います。

布団が人数分あるとありがたい。 お皿やコップなど全て揃っていてありがたかった。 外のゴミ箱が山盛りだったので ゴミを捨てるのが大変だった。
