We had to change rooms three times in order to get one with a working television. One of the rooms smelled so bad there was no way we could’ve stayed there. Then the facility had obvious property damage and we didn’t have a hairdryer so the gentleman at the front desk went to four different rooms to try to find us one. During breakfast we were trying to use the toaster but the circuit tripped and so we had to wait for about 10 minutes in order to get our breakfast and the choices were severely limited. I will never do the offer again where you pay a set price and Expedia chooses your hotel for you after this experience.

They were amazing, it was a bummer the indoor pool was closed but it still was an amazing encounter. We get the breakfast treat in the morning and not a super early checkout which is great

When I arrived the person at front desk was on their personal phone & took quite a bit to address me. It was late & there was no one else there. I was put in a room that the heater was on set at 75 & the room was freezing cold & the tv didn't work. I was then moved to a different room. The towels were stained. The rooms were very battered; lots of dents & scuffs & chipped areas; drawers that didn't work. I asked for a second set of towels, they also were stained, not clean. the bathtub & bathroom floor had hair on them when i arrived, they felt unclean. breakfast, area didn't feel very kept up. spoons were very few & hard to find. other items were plastic & paper but that was fine. I'm not normally picky at all about rooms, but if they feel unclean, that's a line that shouldn't be crossed.

Room was not very clean, the floors looked like they had not been swept near the baseboards. Coffee wrappers were opened from previous stayers, beds were so hard and pillow very flat. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and the breakfast was overall pretty good.

The hotel was dirty from the linens to the towels. I requested new towels and the ones I received were streaked with large brown stains. I did not ask for a 3rd set asevery towel was stained. When I arrived for check in (on time) I was told that they were out of the room I had booked (Queen suite) and that "it happens all the time". They gave me a smaller room at the same price.

We booked a 1 night stay as we were in the area for a funeral. This place is gross. Our 1st room (326) had several dead wasps as you entered in the “living area space”. Then in the bathroom there were several more dead wasps around the toilet and bathtub. When we went into the area with the bed there were 3 live wasps and a cracked opeb window. The air vent was caked in dust and hadn’t been cleaned in a significant amount of time. We called down to the front desk and at first we were told “Well we actually gave you an upgrade”. We requested a room change regardless. They then called us back a few minutes later to give us a new room. The 2nd room (210) had a hard time regulating temperature. The bedding had hair all over it. The shower had hair in it and it did not look as though it was cleaned well either. The pool was broken. We went to have breakfast the next day and it was a joke. There were 2 yogurts, partly broken juice machine, waffle maker was broken / they didn’t have any batter, there was no cereal and the “bread” was old. Very poor experience and we are sad to have wasted our money and we would NOT recommend staying here.

My only complaint was that the refrigerator didn't work. It was plugged up but wouldn't get cold. Must've been low on freon. Other than that, everything was great. Big, spacious room with clean sheets and plenty of towels and outlets to charge our phones. Breakfast was quite delicious as well.

Dirty bathrooms stains on tub and towels, holes in towels. Room smelt like smoke. Very difficult to get to hotel- need to go through other husinesses to get to it. Fridge didn't work properly.
