From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, every single staff we encountered was welcoming and friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Not only that, BUT, we accidentally left some very valuable items behind and didn't realize until we were about half way home (we live about 8 hours away). I called the hotel immediately and the gentleman who answered let me know my items were found and locked in the managers office and that I could call back the next day after 9am to speak with the manager. The next day rolls around and I'm at work when at 9:05am on the dot, I receive a call from the manager before I even had a chance to call!! He assured me both items were there and let me know how I could go about getting them retrieved. 1,000,000/10 stars for honest staff & excellent management. I will never stay at another hotel in Edmond/OKC again. Fairfield has my trust and my heart. Thank you guys!!

It was quite nice…the bedding could have been a bit cleaner (we found some strands of hairs on the comforter overlay that did not belong to us), but we removed them and used our own blankets. Everything else was spotless.
