I called the Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown to ask about their cancelation policy. They told me it was 24 hours. II had to cancel through Expedia since thats who I booked through. Even though I was within the 24 hour window, I was denied and had to pay $154.00 for a room I was unable to make to and tried to cancel within their policy. Needless to say im very disappointed and will not ever book a room there again.

Front desk were amazingly nice and sweet the hotel is updated and pretty, however it didnt appear as though anyone swept the tile areas in the room or that the shower was cleaned appropriately, since there was hair in the corner, the beds were not comfortable
