This comfortable holiday home in Mavarcica features a 32 m² swimming pool and a spacious outdoor area with a Dalmatian summer kitchen and large grill. The house comprises three modern furnished apartments, each with large terraces, sun loungers, and furniture that guarantee privacy and relaxation. The crystal-clear sea is only 80-90 m away, and the surroundings offer pebble, rocky, or concrete beaches – ideal for families with small children who want to enjoy shade under pine trees and the relaxing sounds of nature. The house is located in a quiet bay, 4 km from Trogir, 8 km from the airport, and 26 km from Split.

It features two bedrooms: a double room (160 x 200 cm) and a room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), both air-conditioned. A baby bed is available upon request. The combined living and dining area is modern furnished, with SAT-TV, air conditioning, sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), sideboard and dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator (150–200 l), freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes and cutlery.
The partially covered terrace offers sea view, dining table for 4 people and two sun loungers. Other amenities include electronic anti-mosquito system, bed linen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner. Parking is possible directly at the property. Pets are not allowed.
