Apartment Karlo 2 is a modern and fully equipped retreat just 70 meters from the beach. This spacious 100 m² apartment, with an additional 195 m² of balcony and terrace space, offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The apartment features three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, including a full bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer, as well as an additional toilet for convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils. The dining area has a table and chairs, while the open-plan living room features a comfortable sofa, creating a welcoming space to relax.
The apartment has three outdoor areas: a private terrace with a sea view (30 m²), another private terrace with a garden view (35 m²), and a shared terrace with a pool and barbecue area (130 m²) . Outdoor area is equipped with outdoor furniture, natural shade, and sun loungers, offering plenty of space to unwind.
For added comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning in the living room, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, towels and linen with regular changes, and baby equipment available on request. The shared swimming pool, with a surface area of 36 m², is open from May 23rd to October 15th.
Outdoor facilities include private parking with easy car access, an outdoor barbecue and dining area, a garden, and an outdoor shower.
