When I checked in the room I was given had a very strong mould smell. The front desk immediately changed my room which was great. My second room did not have a smell. Sadly, the bathroom was covered in hair. I decided to give it a wipe down myself. Common areas were not clean at all. The floors in the stairwell looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. Food crumbs, candy wrappers and various other debris pieces scattered. I was there for 3 nights, it didn’t get vacuumed. Lobby and breakfast area was clean. I would also suggest having sports channels on the TV in the gym.

Stayed for one night at the Coast Oliver Hotel as part of a week-long road trip. It’s a nice looking hotel, modern, with good amenities. At first glance seemed clean but when we went into the washroom there was what looked to be feces (hopefully animal but I’m unsure) on the side of the tub and on the floor of the bathroom. The front desk person switched us rooms that night but it really did make me wonder how well the rooms were really cleaned. When we checked out in the morning there was no more mention of it.

Convenient, pet friendly stay

Quick night getaway for a ski weekend. Love the hotel, pool and hot tub for having a quick relax after skiing! Always an easy accommodation getting in and out. Free breakfast is great and convenient.
