This floor also includes a large, well-equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules (available as an extra), a raclette grill, and a cheese fondue set, all complemented by a dining table. A separate WC is also located on this level. Both the bedroom and the kitchen offer direct access to the south-facing garden.
On the first upper floor, a spacious living room with an open-hearth fireplace opens onto a terrace with both south-facing and west-facing orientations.
