Restaurant was very accommodating and good food. The property was in good condition though our room was a little “tired.” Staff were friendly and always professional. Great location near the riverfront, restaurants, Old Market, museums, galleries.

This was an ultimate place to stay. The HUGE downside for us was the fact of no shuttle service. This is a service seriously needing to be considered.

I didn’t like that the parking was not connected to the building, but did like that it was gated and needed a hotel key to get in. The omelette bar was delicious!

Very nice experience for our anniversary

We reserved an accessible suite. It was roomy and mostly as expected except it had a bathtub instead of a roll-in shower but this was not a problem as we only stayed 2 days. On our 1st day the room was very warm so we turned down the thermostat to 65 degrees but it never got any cooler. We slept very poorly that first night. When we mentioned that to the pancake man at breakfast the next morning, he passed on the info to staff and before we returned from breakfast, the issue was fixed! The staff sent up a complimentary bag of goodies to apologize for the problem. They also sent us a beautiful platter of chocolate covered strawberries and a greeting card as we were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary with them. All the staff we met were friendly and kind and that overshadowed minor inconveniences like no shampoo left in the shower and the toilet clogging up just before we checked out. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful but just wish it could be extended to 10 AM for late sleepers to enjoy. The Internet connectivity was very spotty but not sure if that was due to poor wifi or the age of my laptop. The evening snack time was a nice perk, the king bed was very comfortable and the 2 large TVs were fun. Overall a very nice experience.
