This cosy studio flat is located in the small coastal town of Balica Rat, on a hilly terrain and close to the village of Stanici. It is located on the first floor of a family house with several holiday apartments and has a beautiful sea view. The path to the beach is steep and partly leads over stairs. Enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the sea on the wonderful beaches. Visit the town of Omi with its many entertainment options, the town is particularly known for its sporting activities. The more adventurous can try rafting or zip-lining in the Cetina River. Interesting boat trips to the nearby islands are recommended.
