Located in the upper street with a view of the town of Omiš, the main sandy beach (900m), the islands and the sea. It is located only 26 km from the famous city of Split with many historical attractions worth visiting, only 450 m from the nearest restaurant, a mini market 100m away, 1.5 km from the supermarket. The river Cetina (1km) and Omiš itself offer so many activities and entertainment options (rafting, zip-line, canoeing, cannons, boat trips, cycling opportunities...and more). There is also an outdoor Table tennis for your younger members or fun for everyone. The outdoors is approached from the living/dining room, or with the outdoor staircase from the parking lot.

* The GROUND floor (pool level) offers a 48sqm of fully air-conditioned living area with a direct approach to the pool area and open sea view. A stylish sofa, flat screen TV, PS4, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances a modern kitchen offers (Nespresso coffee capsule machine, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster...) a dining area for 6 people, a Family Bathroom (7sqm) with a shower and a separate laundry with washing machine, a dryer and ironing appliances.
