The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2023 and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Njivice. The holiday apartement is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Air conditioning, underfloor heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection.
