This lovely luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is close to the Cabo Roig strip, and several blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca and supermarkets and medical centre and chemist (its opposite Puccini's Italian and Milo’s bar).
The Location - this is the most important decision regarding the rental of an apartment in Spain, and you wont be disappointed by the location of this luxury apartment near to the bars/restaurants and beaches & supermarkets and medical centre and chemists, but you will not hear any noise at night.
Also as equally important is the comfort and home from home feel which my apartment gives. i.e brand new beds in every room for a comfortable nights sleep, blackout blinds, TVs in the lounge (with cable tv) and the master bedroom has Freeview tv, fast FREE internet, air conditioning in the master bedroom and lounge, large ceiling fans,LARGE radiator in the lounge ( and two portable radiators,for the bedrooms, well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates & glasses and cups, comfortable bedding and towels ( brought new every year), filtered tap water so you can drink clean water without the need to buy from the shops etc,( most OTHER APARTMENTS have a basic less equipped feel).
Their is Heating for the cooler Spanish winter nights in the winter months (Nov to Feb)

The "Cabo Roig Strip", is on another road (behind Puccuni Italian Restaurant)my apartment is beachside 200 metres from the sea with no noise. "This apartment is only 10 minutes by car from Torrevieja ( a Spanish town nearby) ,my apartment is in beautiful area of ​​Aguamarina near Cabo Roig (behind the Cabo Roig strip only a few seconds walk). It is an apartment with a lot of detail a real home from home experience (ideal for long stays). 200 meters from the sea and the 30 bars and restaurants all quality with year-round bar-Nice entertainment for families and couples-. So you enjoy your holiday guaranteed there are numerous restaurants within 5 minutes walk on foot guests can dine on the site of 30 restaurants.

This apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is new walk in shower room. The living / dining room opens onto the small balcony, but their is a beautiful large communal salarium roof terrace with sea views.
Excellent for enjoying the sun in peace.

There is a communal pool, secure parking and storeroom, communal rooftop terrace.

The apartment has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible.

Facilities include air conditioning (lounge and master bedroom), satellite TV and freeview tv in the master bedroom with free Fast Wi-Fi.

Facilities close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, banks, Internet cafes - all within easy walking distance. Health Centre and chemists, which also deals with emergencies, is located near apartment.

It is a luxury apartment, with beautiful added elements to make your stay comfortable in Spain. The problem with many apartments in Spain is that they are very poorly equipped for a poor standard (some basic plates, furniture, no quality etc.). My apartment is equipped with good new quality beds and furniture with loads of items in the kitchen, and good for families (100 litre boiler for plenty of hot water for families etc. iron with ironing board, safe deposit box for your valuables and belonging, with cd player, microwave . Too many points to list - please ask?).

This apartment has a home from home feel, with everything to make your holiday experience a pleasurable and an unforgettable holiday, so you’ll want to return year after year.
