Oceanfront bungalow closest beach to Disney, next door to Daytona!

Welcome to the oceanfront penthouse bungalow of Disney dreams! Our 2.5 bed 2 bath with no shared walls is a true bungalow with a private beach, large pool, private parking, tennis and pickleball courts all in one great location. We are minutes from Daytona Beach where you can enjoy the NASCAR races as well as Bike Week, and the closest beach to Orlando and Disneyworld/Sea World/Universal Studios! Our home gives your family and guests the all in one beach experience! Sleeps 8 comfortably.

We have a complete list of wonderful restaurants and local places for shopping and activities for our guests, as well as discounts for several of them! Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from one balcony, and the sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway via the second balcony! Walk 1/2 block to Capistrano for a 5 minute walk to the waterway and great fishing/kayaking!

You access the home from a building code and a keypad code, given within 24 hours before your arrival. Our home is your home; please utilize anything you need for your stay. We would just ask that if anything is used up, you let us know so we can immediately replace it. We have just a small part of one linen closets for our own use, but everything else is completely available to guests!

Upon entering, the laundry room with new washer/dryer and laundry soap, as well as all of your beach supplies, is on the left. Beach supplies include beach chairs, cooler, beach blanket mats, sunscreen products and a beach bag for our guests. All beach towels are stored in the entryway in the beach towel basket.
Straight ahead is the large kitchen with everything you need for cooking and baking, including children's plates, cups and utensils. There's a cozy eating bar as well as a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. To the left is our master bedroom with a king sized bed, our cozy high thread count linens, and the master bath complete with cozy Egyptian cotton towels. The attached balcony overlooks the pool, tennis courts and the intracoastal waterway, a perfect place to see a great sunset over the water.
To the right of the dining room is the second bedroom with a queen bed, again with top quality linens for bed and bath. Each bathroom also contains high quality bath, body and hair products for your use. The living room is next to dining, with a separate cozy den area with a fireplace and large TV. The oceanfront balcony is attached to the living area, sporting two sets of cafe tables and chairs.

Best car rentals are those on the Orlando Airport property, or through Turo - also on the airport property. Accessible private parking in the lot directly in front of the home.

We provide everything you need for your stay, all you have to bring is a swimsuit! We use upscale bath/body and hair products for your comfort, as well as organic safe cleaning and laundry products with no ammonia or allergens. Our home includes beach chairs and beach towels/blanket, cooler and all the beach accoutrements needed for a terrific beach stay.

No pets
No smoking anywhere on the premises. No parties or noise after 10 pm. No drugs or weed at any time.

We provide several local hangout, restaurant, and fishing discounts to our guests such as 10% off of EACH person's entree at Loggerheads Bar and Grill (walking distance down the street from our home) and FREE appetizers for each person at Joe's Crab Shack on the Daytona Beach Pier.
