Have been visiting the Cove for years BECAUSE of the availability of the kiddy pool at south tower. This year kiddy pool is not available because of a hurricane 7 months ago. No notifications on booking site (Expedia) so was among many disappointed vacationer’s to learn upon arrival No outdoor pool at south tower ALSO NO HANDICAP ACCESSIBLITY TO BEACH. Traveling w 80 mother. Very disappointed.

The pool was still closed and not revealed to us. We left this same lodge 6 years ago when the pool closed and I booked this year because on the map it showed in New Symirna. I’m handicapped and wanted to hang out by the pool. I couldn’t even make it to the beach. I will never stay without a pool. The rooms are amazing.

We absolutely loved the room and the amenities. I was a little disappointed that the outdoor pool and lazy river was closed due to construction. We booked the property with the hopes to be able to utilize that with our stay. The hotel did accommodate us with a pool for use at another Hilton down the road. That hotel had a beautiful pool with an amazing slide that my kidos loved. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

I’ve stayed here before and haven’t had a bad experience; this stay wasn’t bad either, but transparency was lacking. When we got there this time, we were told the pool was closed for construction. This was not mentioned during booking or on their website. We paid an amenity fee, but were not able to use one of the main attracting amenities. Also, there was no active construction during our stay. It would have been nice to know this information ahead of time so the option of a different hotel choice could have been considered.
