It was a great stay. The manager was super friendly and helpful. My stay was great looking forward to going back next year. The location was superb as it had a great trail for walking and site seeing.

Great stay at a great price

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and beautiful. A lot of attention was put into designing the room. The price was fantastic for the quality of the stay. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful rural town not very far from the airport.

Mye for pengene

Her får du veldig mye for pengene. Dette er et gammelt sykehus som er ombygd til hotell de siste årene. Rommene er veldig pent oppusset, men det trekker litt ned at ihvertfall mitt rom ikke hadde ventilasjon, kun natutlog ventilasjon med vinduer som kunne åpnes. (Det var en lufteventil på badet). Sengen er også nokså hard. Det var heller ikke varmtvann kl 0945, men kl 1145 var der igjen varmt vann i kranene. Tyder på liten kapasitet på varmtvannet, ettersom det var lite folk å se eller høre på hotellet. Det er ingen servering i bygget. Det var vannkoker på rommet, men ingen kopper eller kaffe/te - noe som er ok prisen tatt i betraktning. Det var tomt for folk, og hotellet ligger litt for seg selv. Fikk derfor litt "Shining"-følelse Men her får man som nevnt MYE for pengene.

Helt greit, reint og fint rom, men manglet tannglass på bad, kopper til vannkokeren som sto på rommet. i og med at det ikke serveres frokost kunne det vært kopper, kaffe og te på rommet. Innsjekk med koder fungerte fint. Kunne også vært opplyst bedre at det ikke er frokostservering der.

Overnatting på vei til Vikersund

Intet å utsette på renholdet. Rommet var gulvkaldt, men ellers ok. Jeg hadde med egen dyne og sengetøy, ellers hadde jeg nok hatt det litt kaldt med det sengetøyet som var der. Toalettet var montert for nært baderomsinnredningen, så det egnet seg ikke for tjukke folk. Jeg hadde ikke lest siste mail om inngangskode og romnummer, så jeg måtte ringe da jeg kom dit. Traff en mann som snakket gebrokkent engelsk i raskt tempo, så det ble vanskelig å både forstå det han sa og samtidig huske 7 tall i riktig rekkefølge. Det endte med at jeg måtte ringe opp igjen for å få riktig romnummer. Ellers ok. Det kan godt hende jeg kommer igjen.

Hotelet ligg langt unna gardemoen. Det er greitt å koma seg til og frå i vekedagane på dagtid. Då kan ein ta buss og så toget vidare til lufthamn eller Oslo. Vanskelegare på kvelden. Ingen problem viss ein har bil. Ingen butikk/kiosk i nærleik, viss ein ikkje har bil.

Not very satisfied.

The first thing that happened when i arrived at the hotel was that my car got stuck in a big hole at the parking lot, and since there wasn't any staff nearby due the hotel being without staff at certain times of the day i couldn't get out from the hole. I had my kids with me and was afraid that we couldn't leave due the car being stuck for a really long time, luckily i met a really nice Spaniard whom apparently knew the owner of the hotel, he helped me out by calling the owner whom later contacted her employees to come help me out, after an hour or so the car was finally free. I then entered the hotel to go to the rented room, however the bed wasn't changed as there wasn't any clean sheets or anything, the towels had been used and were dirty, there weren't any toilet paper, soap or shampoo/body wash as well so i spoke with the staff whom gave me another smaller room instead of the one i paid for, i told them that it was fine due me and the kids being exhausted and just wanted to lay down to rest, and frankly that's the only reason i never took this matter of hand any further with the owner. The other room that i got instead was half the size of the other room i paid for, the room was freezing cold as the radiator was broken (still no shampoo/body wash), almost no toilet paper left but at least this room had a clean bed and towels, so yet again i had to call the staff about the freezing room and they got me a movable radiator instead who took all night to heat up the room.

Oppholdet denne gang var jo bare en natt. Likte dette konseptet veldig godt. Enkelt å sjekke inn, enkel tilkomst til rommet. Rommet var veldig rent og ryddig! Skulle kose oss med vin så jeg savnet glass på rommet, men det var det eneste. Ingen TV da, men det betydde ikke noe! Hadde et herlig opphold og en flott kveld!! God seng var det også!

Da vi kom var det ingen til å slippe oss inn, selv om vi var tidlig ute. Det var mange telefonnr som var på 2 forskjellige plakater på døren. Vanskelig å forstå hvilken man skulle ringe der vi sto i øsepøse regn.. Men da det først kom igjennom til en som forsto hvor jeg var så ble sluppet inn med kode. Så kom det omsider noen til resepsjonen, og hun var kjempe hyggelig. Rommet var fint bortsett fra kaldt vann i dusjen, selv etter å ha ventet i 15 minutter..
