The Non smoking holiday home is for max. 6 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot equipped. The 85 m² living space is divided into a large living area with open kitchen, separate dining area and sofa corner with reading light, fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player and mini stereo system. Underfloor heating keeps in the bathroom and in the living area for warmth. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and various kitchen utensils. The room opens up to the upstairs gallery, which invites you to linger with two comfortable recliners and a beautiful view of nature. The windows overlooking the dune forest occupies the entire gable of the house, so that it is flooded with light and friendly. Also on the ground floor of the holiday home the spacious bathroom with shower, whirlpool, sauna, underfloor heating, laundry room, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m), bedside tables and wardrobe. Through a wooden staircase you reach the upper floor where next to the open gallery two more bedrooms with a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and 2 single beds (0.90 mx 2.00 m), bedside tables, wardrobe and each separate access to the balcony. Insect screens were installed on the windows to ensure you have a comfortable sleep. A guest toilet with shower and washing area completes the upper area. 1x travel cot (without extra mattress / without Bettinlett) and 1x high chair for the smallest guests are included. The large-area and furnished terrace with access from the living area offers the opportunity to enjoy nature directly. If the weather does not turn up the best, just pick up the existing board games or DVDs and end the day with a cozy raclette evening. Even on an internet connection (WLAN), you still enjoy the holiday. This is included for you. 2 dogs are welcome with their own, brought sleeping place with us. A parking space (no. 267) is located near the house. You can store your borrowed or brought bicycles in the annex. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.   The prepayment of consumption costs will be calculated according to individual consumption (electricity 0,39 Euro / KWh, water 7,50 Euro / m³) and will be refunded after departure.   Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open flame is not allowed.   At dusk, a flashlight is recommended for the approximately 10 m long way from the parking space to the house (possibly integrated in the mobile phone), since the house is located in a biosphere reserve in natural dune forest.
