Pros: it's clean. Staff are friendly. The location is amazing. You have walking access to almost everything you want to see in Ottawa. Beds are comfy. Cons: check in was not smooth for us. also we reserved for 4 individuals in a 2 double bed room, but the service (water, cups, etc.) was set for 2 people. location is a little bit noisy (from streets and cars), which is expected as it's located in Downtown. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The pillows were awful- like socks in a pillow case, nothing but balls of cotton. I woke up the first morning with an extremely stiff neck. Bed was very hard. No hair conditioner in the shower and didnt realize until I was already in the shower. Hotel was clean, room was clean but a bit small. Bathroom was tiny.

Bad customer service by the service desk employee

Before booking the rooms (we booked 3 rooms my husband and I, 2 for one night and 1 for 2 nights), we called the hotel to let them know that the rooms were for our wedding day and we would have a lot of visitors which they were totally fine with and say anything. Upon check-in, we mentioned it again but on the day, I was asked by the employee at the front desk to give him a call for each visitor coming. Even for ́my sister's room (I made sure to add her name on the reservation for one of the rooms 803), the same employee asked that she wake me up to let her in. And he also started sighting even tho he was the one that asked me to call.

Besoin d'une cure de rajeunissement

La chambre était propre mais la salle de bain était minuscule. Nous ne pouvions fermer la porte de celle-ci lorsque nous étions assis sur les toilettes. La douche est aussi petite. Impossible d'être deux personnes dans la salle de bain. Le comptoir de la salle de bain était endommagé. Le tapis a eu de meilleures années.

The hotel and its location are great! My room was VERY noisy and as such I wasn’t able to sleep. I found out later that the noise was due to the elevator that was right beside my room. Rooms adjacent to the elevator should not be offered to anyone.
