Clean room and area, please please update the computers in the rooms from windows 7 to 11. Windows 7 is so unusable and not secure. Breakfast was really good. House keeping staff that I spoke to were really pleasant. Front desk staff was also great. The bar attached to the hotel has good food and drinks. The area has many bars and places to eat

Breakfast offered extra items, portage and toppings, fresh fruit, toast, muffins, etc. Bonus: take a bun on the run and some fruit. Older hotel, with a few updates over the years, and a few surprises. we had a suite with iron, board, steamer, computer at the desk with a printer. choose of indoor / outdoor parking. lots of great eating and fun around the corner. Staff is great!

We got an upgrade so the room they provided was huge. It was our second time at this hotel and it was amazing : good price, friendly staff, quiet, near everything in Ottawa, very comfortable and clean. We didn’t use the kitchenette this time but it’s nice to know we can use it next time, it’s well equipped. We’ll come back next time we visit the area!

Not the newest property but we had everything we needed and it was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Great breakfast included, with gluten-free options (including egg and cheese bites, and hashbrown patties). Staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to have a balcony. It was central to the things we wanted to see.

It was such a convenient, clean and comfort hotel which is located in a nice area. It was walkable to main areas and has lots of good dining options. Quite safe at night as well. The breakfast was so good!! It has lots of different options for different diets.
