Couldn't have asked for more! Older but well kept rooms with lots of space for a family of 4. Beds and lighting were super comfortable. The front desk staff were the friendliest and most helpful of all of our hotels on this long road trip. Breakfast was great and had something for all of our varying needs/wants. We will be coming back!!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay ! Peter, at the front desk, was extremely helpful giving us the lay of the land as soon as we arrived. The rooms are large and very well equipped with full kitchens. We had two TVs and a computer, monitor and printer in our suites. The breakfast was plentiful and we appreciated the free laundry facilities and gym. We would definitely recommend!

This property was in the heart of an urban entertainment and walking area. The room was clean and full of amenities for an extended stay. The fitness center was convenient and easily accessible. The breakfast had a decent variety. The staff was very friendly and engaging.

Absolutely loved staying here, the breakfast was a lot of different variety and was good! The room was very nice and roomy and clean, everything was walkable distance, if your looking for a budget friendly hotel this is the one!

Business Inn downtown

On the corner of Elgin, just a short 7-10 min walk from the Parliament District and Byward Market areas. Parking is $25 extra/day and the lot is super small and super cramped & quite difficult to maneuver thru. Inside the room was nice. In the mini suite, you'll get a bistro set to eat at, a couch, big, screen tv, an office area with desktop computer/fax/printer, a small functional kitchen stocked with dishes/cutlery etc, and a small bathroom with a tub/shower. Soft cozy bed, with tonnes of pillows. Didn't get breakfast as it didn't start till 7am (disappointing), and fitness gym is quite small. Tonnes of restaurants/pubs/bars within 2-3 minute walk.

There is a old kinda bad smell thing from the room and Coaches. Some of the food from the Breakfast feels like cook inside the microwave but still not bad.. the microwave in our room is broken . No water inside fridge. All Staff are approachable and friendly. They are very nice.
