The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. Our room was huge and very clean with loads of extra amenities (kitchen, white noise machine, printer, etc). The included breakfast was above and beyond the usual continental breakfast. All around great stay, great neighbourhood, and incredible value. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in front of the elevator that’s why I can hear people, luggages going to & from, I’m also at the ice machine that’s why I can hear water dripping from the room plus the noise when someone is refilling ice cubes. But overall everything is good.

This was perfect for our weekend getaway - the location was central to downtown so everything was walkable. There were plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and quick to help. We received a free upgrade to a suite so we enjoyed having the extra space.

If I lived in Ottawa, I’d probably choose The Business Inn over my own home. Seriously — it had everything I could ask for. Our suite came fully loaded: a proper kitchen with all the utensils, cutlery, and cookware we needed to feel right at home. The living room featured a comfy sofa bed, a big TV, and even a dedicated workstation with a computer, printer, and speakers. The bedroom had its own TV and a walk-in closet spacious enough to make you forget you're in a hotel. The bathroom? Immaculate — with a massive tub and a mirror so grand it could light up an auditorium! The staff were equally impressive — warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. They even held our luggage after checkout while we explored the city. Breakfast was fantastic and incredibly convenient — every single item was packable for guests on the go. They even had grab-and-go snacks and bottled water ready for the day’s adventures. I've stayed at five-star hotels before, but none have matched the comfort, convenience, and thoughtfulness of The Business Inn. Thank you to the amazing team — you made my stay unforgettable. I had quite an agreeable stay. I had been upgraded and my room was on the10th floor and the room was clean and comfortable and appealing to stay in. The staff - reception and housekeeping - were both courteous and respectful, addressing any questions I had and provided assistance and direction during my stay. Checking in and checking out was easy.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times for the past 5 years. Start to notice what I love and don't love about staying at this hotel. First of all, the value of staying here is unbeatable. Very budget friendly, easy to walk around with lots of dining options near by. Large spacious rooms. Very good and thoughtful breakfast options. Water and juice packs are available at all time, which I appreciate. Friendly. staff. Clean room. The only thing I wish doesn't happen is...sometimes there are smoke smells in the hallway or in some rooms. The staffs have always been accommodating when I request to switch rooms, which is a plus. It's just sometimes a little bothersome if you got assigned to a room that has smoke smells. Other than that, I do really like this. reliable hotel stay. This place has a special place in my heart.
