Due to the circumstances revolving around coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. This superbly styled home makes for a perfectly comfortable getaway. Ideal for groups of friends & family looking looking for a “home away from home”. The pool and the “garage-turned-gameroom” are perfect for the kids and for the “big kids.”

As the property is 5 minutes from UCF, 10 minutes from Research Park, 20 from Orlando & the airports, & 45-55 from Disney & New Smyrna & Cocoa Beach, it’s actually one of the best located homes in the area. Great for people looking for an extraordinary Airbnb stay. Perfect if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Oviedo/Orlando but not right in the middle of it.

You will have full access to everything in the house - high speed wireless internet, Amazon fire TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, Refrigerator/Freezer, fishing poles and small tackle box to fish the small lake across the street.

In the backyard there is a patio with gas grill, outdoor furniture underneath a large pergola with two ceiling fans, an above ground pool with a 7` jumping platform (both the pool & jumping platform ladders can be removed upon request for the safety of small children. No diving allowed).

Movie theater in the fully finished garage complete with AC/Heat, finished floors, 2 couches, a 7 foot screen, sound bar, and ceiling mounted projector.

There is also a pool table and a 2 person basketball shooter game.

This property is amazing all year round for a visit to Oviedo. Located in central Florida’s Seminole County, Oviedo is a city with only about 33,000 residents, but it has one of the most robust growth rates in the region. Relatively equidistant between Orlando to the southwest and Daytona Beach to the northeast, though it’s not on the coast, it’s just an easy drive to some of the Sunshine State’s most beautiful beaches.

In recent years, the city has ranked highly in the most livable city category in many travel magazines. It is 20 minutes from Orlando Airport (MCO), or the Orlando/Sanford Airport (SFB), Downtown Orlando, and Winter Park`s famous Park Avenue. It is only 30-45 mins from Disney/Sea-World/Universal theme parks, shopping the Mall of Millenia or Premium Outlet Malls and several beaches - New Smyrna Beach, Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, and golf courses! You really CAN experience it ALL in one vacation from this location! It is also perfect for vacationers visiting University of Central Florida, only 5 minutes away.

Loads to do for all tastes, from outdoor adventures for local explorers to total isolation for those who prefer the homely and the comfy!

In addition to being so close to the beaches, downtown Orlando, historic Winter Park, Sea Word, Disney, Universal Studios, UCF, etc. the house is 1 mile away from the 417 highway, Publix and Super Walmart.

If you are planning on bringing a pet, it must be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. There will be an extra pet fee depending upon on how many pets and how long the stay.

If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees).
1. IMPORTANT: Outside Quiet Hours from 11 pm - 7 am. (Please respect my neighbors. Penalty for breaking this rule is potential loss of booking).
2. No Drugs (Penalty for breaking this rule is a $250 deep cleaning fee and loss of booking and yes, this includes marijuana).
3. Smoking only in designated area (outside - use ashtray provided on patio. Penalty for breaking this rule is a $250 deep cleaning fee).
4. Do not go below 72 degrees on thermostat.
5. Do not leave doors/windows open with the A/C on.
6. No additional guests other than those on the original booking (even if they are not spending the night, unless agreed upon ahead of time).
7. Parking: Must park in driveway (2-4 cars) or along the street directly in front of the house (no more than 2 cars on the street at any one time). Do not park in front of the neighbor`s house.
8. If you are bringing a pet or hosting an event/party, must be agreed upon ahead of time and have paid the extra fee.
