The interior of the house was very nice. Great new appliances, sinks, toilets, countertop, washer and dryer, etc. Nice patio and dock. Didn't catch anything, but was very relaxing and if one catches fish, it's all set up to clean it. It's very quiet. The water pressure wasn't ideal. The only minor thing was that there weren't any dishwasher pods, so I had to wash everything by hand. And the silverware was pretty dirty as well as the organizer. And the bottom of the trash can too.

Awesome Location on River

Had the best trip around mid June. The rental was exactly as pictured and the one time I needed something addressed, it was taken care of right away. The location on the river, can’t be beat. Very nice, long dock, we loved just hanging out by the water, right there. So many alligators to view. We would definitely book this rental again if staying in the area again.

This little gem sits right in the St. John’s River. Home is at the end of road. No traffic. No distractions. Private! The fishing was top notch. Communication with property manager was seamless. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Old Florida Charm

If you’re looking for a place to go that reminds you of “Old Florida”, look no further! This property is loaded with huge moss covered canopied oak trees right on The St Johns River. You feel like you have literally escaped to serenity. The home is immaculate and has all of the amenities you need. Deborah was wonderful. We ended up needing to leave early due to the impending hurricane (Milton) but we will definitely come back and recommend to friends & family.
