Cozy apartment in the historic neighborhood of Ballarò, a few steps from the Cathedral of Palermo.
The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto a living room which features a comfortable sofa, a TV, a dining table and a well-equipped American kitchen, complete with oven and kettle. From here, guests will access the veranda furnished with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals in a private area. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first one comes with a queen-size bed and nightstands, the second one with a queen-size bed and access to the balcony, while the third one, also with access to the balcony, is fitted with a sofa, an ensuite bathroom with shower and a staircase leading to the mezzanine with a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.
The apartment is located in the ZTL area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.
Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
Palermo central station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 35 km away.
