Spacious and bright open space tastefully renovated and furnished in a modern style. It is located on the second floor, without elevator, of a building between the cape market and the maximum theater.



The house consists of a living area with an American-style kitchen, fully equipped with an oven and microwave, and furnished with a table, a sofa that becomes a sofa bed if necessary, and a TV. Then there is access to the room with a queen-size bed and an open closet and ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The balcony can be accessed from the double bedroom.



Comforts such as air conditioning, heating and espresso machine are available to guests.



*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is undergoing an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting points for tourists and residents.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Palermo, among the most beautiful art cities in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts.
