Bright and elegant apartment just renovated with wood-block floor in the whole home is about 120 sqm on the first floor of a recently renovated private residential small building. The apartment consist of a spacious living room with TV, dining table and sofas, two bathrooms and three bedrooms equipped with air conditioned have accesses to the long balcony; it has recently completed a full renovation and has been furnished with vintage furnitures. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all major appliances & utensils, brand new refrigerator, dish washer and stove. The bathroom comes fully equipped with toilet, bidet, modern shower, hair dryer, set of towels per person and toiletries.
