Staff very friendly, good central location eveything in walking distance. The area around the property was run down but the whole of Palermo was like that, but has loads of character.Felt safe walking around.

The rooms were comfortable, very tastefully and artistically decorated, and a very short walk to all the most central points of interest and eateries in Palermo . A lovely breakfast was included, Giada and Aurora were very helpful and friendly during our stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to return here whenever we come back to Palermo !

Property at a good location close to main streets with shops and restaurants. Neighboring streets were dirty and unkept, piles of garbage nearby but the property itself was clean and unique. Only one staff had an attitude that I didn't appreciate much but overall ok.

Beautiful property and rooms. Loved the Honesty Bar on the top floor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Walkable to all the places you want to see.

The staff here were excellent. Very flexible with check in and Aurora provided great options for things to do and to eat. Room was comfortable but the air conditioning didn’t work well. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with lots of plants and character. The area is okay and it’s convenient for restaurants and the city centre. The local parking options aren’t great, but they are free. I didn’t feel entirely comfortable leaving the car here, so I would find a more secure option next time.

Quaint historic location! Really cool room with old world charm! The room had everything you need! You will like this spot! Giada was terrific with later check in and check out as my flights were delayed! Great service! I wish I could stay longer!
