Walk, bike (2 bikes provided), or drive a short distance to a nearly private beach, ensuring you can escape the crowds.

This luxurious open floor plan is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The large kitchen boasts a center island and an expandable dining table that comfortably seats 8. The cozy family room is equipped with a large screen TV and comfortable seating. The huge master suite features a king-size bed and a large screen TV, while the luxurious master bathroom includes a freestanding tub and a large walk-in shower. A separate room for kids with a twin bed and trundle is perfect for families. The other two bedrooms, located on the opposite side of the house, each have luxurious queen-size beds and share a beautifully designed second bathroom. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use.

The large master suite features a luxurious master bath with a freestanding soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. Spacious guest suites also share a luxurious second bath. There is no HOA, so you are welcome to do vacation rental or Airbnb if you choose.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week. Please let us know in advance if you intend to pay for pool heating so we can ensure the pool is warm for your visit.

Bring your furry friends, as pets are welcome for $100/pet + tax. Please inform us if you plan to bring your pet so we can add it to your reservation.

Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, saran wraps, and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
