Enjoy the Hammock Beach lifestyle in a spacious third floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,264 sqft fully furnished Villa nestled on a stretch of pristine beach along Florida’s Atlantic Coast. Spectacularly maintained with new stainless steel appliances, new flooring, new carpet, full size front load washer/dryer, granite counter-tops and a kitchen ready for cooking all your favorites. Walk to the beach, savor the food, listen to the waves crashing and relax in the ocean breeze from your Private Balcony.

Just a short seven-minute walk or two-minute drive to Old Salt Park will provide you with full access to one of Florida’s finest beaches where you will enjoy gorgeous sunrises, Coquina-shell sands, and glittering blue waters! This beach access is equipped with bathrooms and outside showers for rinsing.

Hammock Beach Villa is located within luxurious Hammock Beach Resort. An important detail to note, this property is privately owned; thus, it’s not affiliated with the resort or its amenities—waterpark, pools, gym, golf course, etc.

The living area is equipped with a large 70 inch screen smart TV with access to digital channels, sleeper sofa, dining table, and complimentary high-speed internet access throughout.

Master suite features a cozy king size bed, beautiful garden tub for relaxing after a day in the sun and separate walk in shower. Room is also equipped with TV and a study area consisting of a 27 inch monitor, HDMI cable, keyboard and mouse for all your personal needs.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds with plenty of space for queen size air mattress if needed. Access to the guest bathroom is available via the second bedroom or the hallway.

Dining out options are endless! Within walking distance, you will find an oceanfront dining experience at the Atlantic Grill featuring contemporary cuisine and an emphasis on fresh seafood. This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. For one stop dining, lounging, shopping and entertainment, a visit to the European Village is a must!
If you prefer to dine-in, grocery shopping is available at Publix which is a 4-minute drive away or delivery from one of the many local restaurants is always an option!

The Villa is in a gated community with 24-hour security; access is available via stairs and/or elevator.

Rest assured that we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Perfect for a stay vacation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.

Wonderful vacation at Hammock Beach, Palm Coast

The Villa was just what we needed. My wife and I had plenty of room and the entire villa was clean and well supplied with every appliance, accessories, towels, linens, and other blessings found in the kitchen and closets. The multiple TVs were great for the week's viewing in the evenings when we returned from our day trips. Thanks for a great facility and your support before and during out vacation!

Very clean and great area minutes from the beach! The owner was very accommodating allowing us to get into the condo a couple hours early. We enjoyed the snacks and beach chairs! We would definitely stay there again! Hamilton Beach was beautiful! Thank you.

Wonderful stay, as advertised

Asmira was a great host. The unit was very clean and was a great size to accommodate us. Everything was as advertised. The stay overall was very enjoyable and I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful beach town as well with nearby food options and a very close Publix.

Fantastic floor plan with a great amount of space. Nice covered balcony, well appointed kitchen. Hostess was wonderful and responsive even though we didn't really need anything! Was very clean and comfortable. Loved it!

Wonderful condo with a very responsive manager

The entire family enjoyed our stay here. The property manager provided great communication and left a bevy of nice snacks and a Ben a bottle of wine to make our stay that much nicer. There are some pretty parks and nice restaurants nearby for some good family excursions. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes too.

Spectacular!!

The entire experience was awesome. After an 11 hour plus drive, we were greeted with treats, wine, and a lovely card. It was absolutely the easiest check in process we have encountered. The place is very tastefully decorated and was very welcoming. The owners were very prompt with any questions that we had. A delightful experience. Definitely remembering this place for future Florida stays.

Excellents meets elegant at this property

We usually stay at the hotel next door but due to being sold out months in advance we had to find a plan B. This will now be our go to option and the hotel just got bumped to last place. It is so nicely furnished with everything u can think of and then some. The owners respond right away to any questions or concerns and go beyond what is expected. They welcome you with WINE AND SNACKS and provide everything you need for a beach day or just an afternoon curled up on the couch watching TV or playing games. Restaurants and the beach are within walking distance or you have more options with a short drive. There is an elevator right by the door which makes things easy with groceries or luggage and you are given an access code for the door so no keeping up with hotel key cards!! It's very quiet private and well cared for. If thats what you like then look no futher.

Attractive, spacious, comfortable condo in good location. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels. Nice deck. Comfortable beds/furniture. Fast WiFi. Hammock beach grounds are extremely well maintained. Host left a welcome snack which was a great touch esp. since our flight was delayed and we arrived after restaurants and stores had closed. As advertised. The beach was close by - a few mins walk or drive with lots of parking spots, showers, bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Awesome 3-month stay in great villa and location

We had a great stay from January thru the end of March. When we first turned off the exit onto Palm Coast Parkway the beautifully palm lined street and fountains were welcoming. Just a ten minute drive from the highway to the Hammock Beach Resort and into the condo. As soon as we opened the door we felt very comfortable; two bedrooms with the Master and adjoining bath being generously sized. The kitchen has granite counters, dishwasher, double sink, electric stove and microwave. Dishes, pans and utensils are available. There is a large dining room table but we found ourselves having coffee and meals on the comfortable porch that overlooks several palm trees and other greenery. We made friends with the resident squirrel - throwing crackers and bread to it. Cardinals and chickadees are frequent visitors. Grateful for a large living room TV and the one in the master for morning coffee. The beach is a two minute drive at the end of the property; it can be walked but carrying the umbrella and chairs plus the extras is why we drive. You can also cut through the resort to get to the beach. Found walking the resort very safe and some areas pass large houses and small ponds. One day we were lucky enough to find the otter. This condo is centrally located to the Flagler Beach restaurants and farmer market. Also only 20 minute drive to Saint Augustine for restaurants, boat tours and a chocolate place that is really good. Several State Parks are available .. Washington Oaks is nice. On days that are to windy to sit on the beach we found Bing Landing park to take our chairs and watch activity on the intercostal waterway. Lots of boats and dolphins. A lot of pelicans and other shore birds at various locations up and down the coast. Great for my photography habit. This side of Florida is much less congested than the gulf side. It’s quiet and relaxing. The owners are very nice and Asmira is quick to respond to any question. The only issue we had was a battery in the smoke detector that needed changing and with the very tall ceilings we had no way to address this. That afternoon Amir was out to take care of the battery. They take great pride in owning this condo and want their renters to have a good experience. Any suggestions we have made they were very receptive to have. Having spent three months I feel we know this unit very well and we would/will rent again from Asmira and Amir without hesitation.

This was a great condo located in a beautiful beachside resort. Something to do here for the whole family. Accommodations could not have been nicer. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience

Our family had such a wonderful experience at Asmira’s condo. The condo had two large bedrooms, a great balcony, and a nice open kitchen and living area that was perfect for our family trip. We loved the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the condo, and the host’s hospitality. Asmira went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. Her communication was prompt and the check in and check out process was simple. We appreciated all the extra touches that made our trip special. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Condo and resort were amazing! Owners went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. As mentioned the owners even went above and beyond to provide some additional items to make us feel welcome!! Beach is beautiful and easily accessible. We will definitely be back to stay once again in the future!
