The house was nice and clean. Unfortunately, we booked intionally for use of the pool. The pool and spa were not prepared or ready for use upon our arrival. The spa was emptied, and got filled the next evening after our arrival but it took 2 days to get the pool cleaned and several days to get it running with the spa to its full potential. This put a very big damper on our stay as the pool/spa was going to be our main amenity and we loSt much time and use with it. Communication was very slow in the beginning and we will not be recommending this location. It would have been a much more enjoyable stay if the broken pump and issues were resolved before our arrival, but we made the best of our time.
