Be aware of room location!

Excellent location! Well maintained and manicured hotel. Beautiful plants and trees! ALERT! Request a room furthest from the Arenas street Busy Busy parking lot, away from the rear of the building. Ground level C by parking lot very loud in am due to staffs work area Request A block rooms facing the hotels quiet parking lot or the front of the building. Reception knows the worst locations of rooms.

Terrible Room Location.

Room face the patio area of three different bars. We didnt get to sleep until after 3 because after the bars close, there's the noise of cleans up (bottles clanking and bags of glass being thrown in trash). We left more tored than when we got there!

Exceeded Expectations!

This was the best night sleep I've had while travelling - the bedding was so comfortable! The property is beautiful and peaceful, and within easy walking distance to a great downtown area. Breakfast was also great!

The hotel is lovely and the staff really helpful. The only issue was the first night there was loud music from a nightclub nearby at the back of the building. We got a room change for the next two nights which resolved the issue but it appears to be an ongoing issue for the hotel. Pool area was beautiful.

The hotel itself is fine, but the noisy from several bars next to the hotel is horrible. The loud music is literally 24 hours a day. The hotel knows it, and it provides earplugs for it's customers. If you stay with this hotel, you should choose the even number rooms, since all the even number rooms are on the other side of the hotel, where is further from the bars. The odd number rooms directly facing the bars, and the noisy is terrible. It's hard to sleep.

This hotel had such friendly helpful staff. The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, comfortable. The pool area was great, good amenities and excellent location while being quiet. Excellent parking, breakfast was enough to get the day started. All in all an outstanding stay, we would definitely return!
