This hotel is small but very quaint. The grounds have beautiful vegetation. The water fountains around the grounds bring a special touch of serenity. The view from the pool is breathtaking. We loved our pool time. The music selection made basking in the sun that much more enjoyable. We loved the short walk to all the restaurants and shops on the strip. The rooms are a little tight, but given all the other pluses, this was an enjoyable stay. We regret not making more time for one more pool day.

Love everything about this property except for a complete lack of privacy between rooms with a connecting door. The door provides ZERO soundproofing between rooms. NONE. I will only come here again- even though I love everything else about it- if I can be assured not to have a connecting door to an adjacent room.

Great Location!

Great location. Avoid rooms along the north side of the property if staying over a weekend. Loud music from a bar next door. Breakfast was decent. Some lights weren’t working properly in a stairwell. Walking at night was a bit dangerous in the stairwell.

I was surprised that you only get housekeeping services on request -- the request had to be in by ten a.m. and you had to know when you'd be out of your room for an hour-plus. At the price charged I would expect at least fresh towels and a made-up bed!

Location is great if you're going to LGBT clubs, which are less than a block away. But it means you hear club music thumping from rooms on that side of the hotel, and dumpsters being emptied in the morning. Pool area is not large, especially if you want to be in the shade. There are 4 or 5 lounges in the shade. The other lounges are all in direct sunlight with no umbrellas (there are umbrellas over the tables and chairs but none around any lounges). So wear lots of sunscreen and prepare to bake. In a standard room the bathroom sink vanity is very small, even for 1 guest. Soap and lotion are in dispensers glued to the wall. No microwave in room, no complimentary bottled water -- which are provided at less expensive neighboring hotels. Fitness room is only large enough for 1 person at a time. Overall, I would not stay here again and would look at the other area hotels.

This Hotel is a hidden gem. I actually live in Palm Springs and needed a place for 4 days due to house issues. Felt like a mini vacation. The grounds are beautiful, the pool very nice, the breakfast was perfect.

This was a very beautiful hotel . We had an easy commute from the airport and stayed the ond night before noving to Malibu. A lovely hotel but be careful when booking with expedia. Theyvecbeen buggers!

We had a room in the back corner and it was right next-door to a nightclub. The music was so loud even with our door closed. It was thumping with Bass. We called down to the front desk to let them know how loud it was, and how hard it was going to be for us to sleep. It was around midnight the girl that we spoke to said they hadn’t had any other complaints from any other customers or rooms and that she would call Security to have them check to see if it was actually loud, she then told me they were full and she could not move us I have a video of how loud it actually was right outside our room if anyone would like to hear. The level was ridiculous. I don’t normally complain but it was actually unbelievable and I told the clerks the next morning as I checked out that we basically had had an unbelievable noise level until 2 AM and they said that they were trying to work with the City to correct the problem, but I advise anyone planning on staying here to be aware that if you were in one of those rooms right by the club, you will not be able to sleep until 2 AM when they turn down the music
