Unlike the property , really bad customer service the waitress named Shilo has a very bad attitude and she is very rude , we stay for 2 days , firts day we came to take breakfast on the propery . Mrs Shilo dind’t say good morning and her services very bad, she never smile . Second day she still the same thing. The room had a AC problems .

I never leave reviews but…Where do I start? Upon driving 7 hours to arrive at the hotel, where our 7 year old goes all the time to swim late at night with her biological father, we immediately were told all kids have to leave by a disgruntled and extremely rude security guard who’s excuse for his attitude was”I’m watching 2 properties tonight” and stormed off. Mind you our 7 year old has never been told she can’t be in the pools past any time and they claim the pools are 24/7. Additionally the pool we were in for the brief 2 minutes had a used condom floating in it. So we took this time to go to the room and shower only to find the shower knob broken. Went to the front desk and was handed a screwdriver and fixed it myself so our 7 year old can shower the condom pool water off. Additionally our TV remote didn’t work which just put another damper on the night. Keep in mind this was all within the first 2 hours of arriving. Also found a loose dog roaming the pool and found the owners to return it too. Next morning, walk to the cafe and the condom is still by the pool near the office. We ended up getting a $40 food and beverage credit and were told we could not be refunded our room fee and instead was offered another free night to stay there..which we did not want to accept considering how terrible the conditions were already. Was given the supervisor number for compensation but was never compensated for the room. We didn’t want a food and beverage credit we want our money back

Service at bar,front desk diner excellent. The room and the facility needs lots and lots of updating our fan in our bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. We had no outlets for electricity except for the ones that were things were already plugged into. for the price it’s a great getaway for a struggling family with kids. The pools are awesome. They’re open for 24 hours. Kids have to be at the pool by 10. Not for adults trying to get away.

Family friendly, like the pools, all hot tubs have different temperatures, personally i love the hottest, my daughter and mom like mild one. The big pool has a nice temperature and depth is perfect, from lowest to highest, food is delicious

We stayed in the corner room . It was noisy from 6 am to 2 am every day . People running under our windows ,screaming and start to see inside our room . Air conditioner very loud ! The windows curtains is old ,dirty and has a holes from cigarette! The bed is comfortable,but linens also very old with holes ! Water in the shower not available to get normal temperature,because the faucet is broken . Carpet is too old and dirty ! Smell from cigarette and marijuana everywhere. Not good stay for that price ,very expensive!

Needs some TLC

The place has really been run down, needs a lot of work. The pools tore up our feet, it's so rough on the bottom. The water was filthy. They did clean it the next day. But there was a lot of oils and hair in the water.. The room was clean, cool and spacious.
