it is a welcoming hotel with wide and tall areas, nice reception and service very professional, the bar is nice and open, the rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant brunch is good, the location is excellent and plenty of free parking, I would love to return with more time to enjoy the pool and the gym.

Breathtaking Views

Great stay…rm was large w/ double sinks. Couple of issues w/ rm when arrived, but Heidi from maintenance immediately fixed. Our only recommendation would be for breakfast to open at least 1hr earlier. Such a tourist destination and with us being from FL, we were ready for breakfast 2-3 hrs before opening. Luckily a 24hr Dennys was across the street so that was our breakfast each morning. Golf course was beautiful with narrow green.

Lovely Babymoon spent at Doubletree!

We had a wonderful experience at the Doubletree! The pool was a wonderful experience, and we appreciate Alyssa at the front desk for a cabana rental for our baby moon. We did have an experience of food poisoning from the Mira Bar that soured our last day but the amenities were wonderful otherwise.

Our stay at this DoubleTree was a mixed one. The property itself was in a beautiful spot with a great view of the mountains and the wonderful Golf Course next door. The pool area is first class. However we encountered a number of problems with the hotel simply not being kept in good shape. Our room had numerous problems including the toilet, electrical outlets that did not work, a sliding glass door that did not have all the weather stripping, other doors that were in poor condition. The front desk staff was really one of the worst I have seen in any upscale Hotel. They were indifferent to guests for the most part. I saw them at one point talking to each other and complaining loudly from behind the desk while customers were waiting and could hear everything they were saying. Numerous times I tried to call the front desk and no one answered. The small store that contained beverages, snacks and other items was out of stock of a number of selections. When we left I got a very indifferent thanks from the person who checked us out. As we walked out the door we said we would not be coming back to this DoubleTree again. Rude and discourteous behavior plus seen a number of very unhappy guess during that our stay, some having open conflict with the front desk, did not bid well for our experience.
