This hotel is the cutest thing ever and they have really comfortable beds!!! Even the details of check-in were adorable, they left me a handwritten note in my room with welcoming champagne I can’t rate it highly enough

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The rooms were stylish, well appointed, and very clean. The restaurant had delicious healthy food, good drinks, and mocktails. The members of the staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly Jennifer, who jumped through hoops to extend our stay when the hotel was nearly booked up. We really appreciate this place, and we hope to return soon!

First of all, if you are booking with kids, I do not recommend this hotel. I was fortunate that my daughter turned 18 on the exact day we checked in, otherwise we would have been forced to look for another hotel immediately. Second, as a photography enthusiast, I brought my professional camera, which I had just purchased specifically for this trip. While taking photos in the restaurant, we were asked to stop using flash. I completely understood and politely complied. We were then told that using the camera around the pool was okay, so we proceeded there. However, we were called out again and told that professional cameras are not allowed at all, even for personal use. I explained that the photos were strictly for personal memories—just me and my daughter. If professional cameras are not allowed anywhere on the property, this should be clearly communicated at check-in or posted with visible signage. Being repeatedly approached felt uncomfortable and unnecessary, almost as if we were being ambushed for simply taking personal photos. Lastly, the surroundings of the property need improvement. The area looked unorganized, and the landscaping could really benefit from better planning and nicer plants. With more attention to detail, the atmosphere could be much more appealing. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, especially considering the lack of clear policies, inconsistent treatment, and overall experience.

Very cute place, be prepared though they charge for parking everyday and the have plenty of parking no valet because its not necessary. Parking right at the entrance. 42.00 dollars a day which i think is really steep. Just a way to make money!

Sorry I hate to complain but I’m mentioning these things so the hotel can improve. I did enjoy my stay overall and the staff was great. Great place to stay if you’re a couple or plan on using the amenities. I got sucked in by the low price and good reviews but once I arrived the cost rose significantly. $42 a day resort fee for what? Free coffee in the morning? Nobody uses the pool in December why are you charging an extra fee? Just include it in the nightly cost instead of charging on arrival. I’m so over hotels doing that bait and switch. Customers need to stop getting used to this and start voicing your displeasure in the practice. Make it optional or get rid of it all together. You’re not providing any extra service to justify $42 extra per night especially this time of year. Also my room faced the busy Main Street making the patio not useable due to how loud it was all day and night with cars driving by. The room itself though is extremely quiet from outside noise due to the double sliding doors they installed to block the noise from coming inside. Air conditioner in room 26 needs maintenance. It’s extremely loud while it’s running. And I’m not sure if you can do much about the floor being very squeaky as you walk near the bed but not really a big deal. My dog was over 40 pok

Summer at the reception was welcoming and lovely. The sparkling rose in the room chilling was a great touch. Pool was heated. Gabi the bartender was great. Room was nice. Loved the soap and lotion fragrance.
