The stairwell opens to the second level offering a large living/dining room with an abundance of natural light from the oversized windows lining the walls.

A large balcony runs the entire width of the home where you'll enjoy evening sunsets and the gulf breeze while revisiting the fun events of the day. The second level also boasts a large bedroom with en-suite as a second king suite. You'll find the primary king suite encompassing the entire 3rd level with amazing gulf views. Two-minute bike ride to boutiques and restaurants in beloved Rosemary Beach.

- 1st Floor King Suite 1 with en-suite offering a double vanity, walk-in shower and sleeps 2. There is also a flat screen TV and access to rear porch.
- 2nd Floor King Suite 2 with en-suite offering a walk-in shower. There is also a flat screen TV and sleeps 2.
