Tämä tilava Watercrest-yksikkö on kaunis kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyammeen rannalla sijaitseva osakehuoneisto. Se on täydellinen nopeaan lomailuun tai pidennettyyn lomaan! Miellyttävillä uusilla kalusteilla löydät kaiken täältä, jotta lomastasi olisi nautittavaa ja rentouttavaa.

Ei ole parempaa paikkaa nauttia kaikista Floridan smaragdirannikon tarjouksista. Sisustus on tyylikäs mutta mukava. Tässä upeassa kahdeksannen kerroksen yksikössä on KAKSI suurta Persianlahden etupään sviittiä ja iso kolmas makuuhuone. Watercrest on tyylikäs kahdeksantoista kerroksinen kerrostalo, jossa on vain kymmenen huoneistoa kerrosta kohti. Rakennuksessa on neljä hissiä, joten hissiä ei koskaan tarvitse odottaa kauan. Pysäköi yksityisellä parkkipaikalla rakennuksen vieressä. Pysäköinti lisäajoneuvoille on myös saatavana. Kätevästi rannan rauhallisessa päässä lähellä St. Andrewsin valtionpuisto. Älä unohda hyödyntää paikan päällä sijaitsevaa rantavuokrauspalvelua, joka tarjoaa vesiskootterivuokrausta, banaaniveneretkiä, purjelautailua ja Cabana-vuokrausta vain kivenheiton päässä kotioveltasi! Tässä ylellisessä osakehuoneistossa on myös tenniskenttiä, mailapallokenttä sisällä, sekoituslauta ja kuntokeskukset paikan päällä! Täydellinen loma täydellisessä osakehuoneistossa Panama City Beachin rauhallisella puolella!

This was a very well appointed condo. It was newly remodeled and in good order. Views from the balcony were great!The pool and hot tub were in good order.The beach was clean.Food, parks, boats were all easily accessible.Our family was very comfortable.

Lovely Week, Lovely Condo

My friends and I stayed 6 nights in this 3 bed/ 3 bath condo and the rooms were great. I am usually very picky about the bed and the beds were super comfortable. Really no complaints at all. Large selection of cups and silverware. We felt we had everything we needed. We have stayed in the complex several times before, but we added friends this time and we never felt crowded with 8 people.

July 4th week

The condo was very nice and clean! I would stay there again. Only a couple minor issues. The refrigerator had a leak in the back when the bowl that was placed to catch the leak got full it ran over and ran all out in the floor, the freezer had a leak too I guess because a solid sheet of frozen ice was on the top shelf. It needs a new Bigger fridge. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened down it spins around and around. If you do any cooking in the room at all you need to take your sharp knives there is none in the kitchen. Other that those little things it was great

This is a great condo in great location. Frige was dripping water from freezer to top tray in frige. and sink facet in kitchen was wobbly. TV 'S WERE Roku not a fan. But would consider staying again.

Disappointing

First, let me say that the owner’s management company was extremely responsive and did try to help. When we arrived, all of the deck furniture was inside the condo. I realize that it was due to a potential hurricane hit but there was ample time for management to return this to the deck and clean all of the sand off of the floor. The condo was dirty! I took pictures of chips under the table and dirt/dust all over the floor, furniture, and kitchen. I ended up cleaning the entire place the first night. The tvs were not hooked up to internet, etc. When I contacted management, she stated that a new service was being installed and they were the ones that made the place dirty. My husband is IT and got the tvs working as much as he could. Internet was out at least 50-65% of the time we were there even with everything he did to diagnose the problem. Even the internet techs that came out agreed with my husband. AND the main TV was horrendous! The picture was mostly red and blue. After management saw a picture that I sent her, she said that a new one was ordered. It did not show up while we were there. The king beds were comfortable but the two full beds in the back bedroom need replaced. Lastly, do not leave the condo on the last morning without someone stating behind while you pack the car. The code did not work at 8:15 even though check-out is at 9. Luckily, my 84 year old mother was still in the condo and could let us in. We will definitely not rent this place again.

The only problem we had was the elevators didn’t work for a couple of days with only one out of four elevators working it was tough, two of the elevators only go up to 6th floor and there’s 18 floors.

Nice Condo

I will start by saying the condo was really nice, clean and spacious for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was also good. We do have a couple of complaints. One being they allowed tents/umbrellas in front of the paid for beach chairs. Even though there were signs that CLEARLY stated this wasn't allowed. This has always been enforced at any condo we have ever stayed. Instead of having a view of the ocean/easy access to get into the water you had people in front of you and had to squeeze around them to just get to the water. The other complaint was the code on the door changed before our checkout time and we were locked out. Thankfully we still had someone in the room that could let us in. I saw another review mention this same thing so be careful when checking out.

Great Condo

We loved this condo! It was spacious with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and had everything we needed for the week! The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. The beds were very comfortable which is very important to me! The balcony was so nice and had fantastic views! The beach is very easy to access! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Nice roomy condo with beach view

Overall, our stay was very nice. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need to cook meals. The decor is nice and beds are comfortable. The only downfall of this property is the elevator. For our entire 7 day stay, at least one of the elevators was broken and this really was an inconvenience at check out as it took 15 minutes to get an elevator. We enjoyed this part of the beach as it's not as busy as the other end of the beach. Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great location but unit needs some updates.

Unit was not clean when we arrived. Property manager was very responsive and had the unit cleaned within a couple of hours. The sink in master bedroom was broken and laying in the cabinet. The property manager came out to look at it and had someone out there the next day to start repairs but was unable to complete repairs during our stay. The shower head in one bath was broken and the handle in other bath shower was very hard to turn. The full beds in front bedroom were horrible and had holes in them. We purchased a foam mattress topper for one of the beds. The listing showed the beds are queens but they are actually full size beds. The morning we checked out, the door code was changed a couple of hours prior to checkout. We went down to get a cart for our luggage and came back up and was unable to get in the room. The code should not have been changed until after our checkout.

Nice condo

Great location. Condo was nice, clean, and kitchen stalked with daily necessities. Only downside (not owner of condos fault) was the elevator situation. Only one elevator reached the 8th floor as the 2nd was out of service. There was another elevator that no one seemed to use that went to 6th floor so we used this each time and just walked up / down 2 flights of stairs for quicker access. Overall great stay and would recommend for family with kids!
