Äskettäin ostettu ja hiljattain remontoitu merenrantahotelli, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ja helppo pääsy rannalle. Mukavasti kalustettu olohuone, uima-altaalle ja merelle päin.

Nauti eeppisistä auringonlaskuista ja sokeripitoisesta valkoisesta hiekasta tilavassa 4 makuuhuoneessa ja 4 vierekkäisessä kylpyhuoneistossa, johon mahtuu mukavasti 14 vierasta.

Hyvällä paikalla 4. kerroksessa, suora etunäkymä rannanäkymässä. Pysäköinti on kaksi ensimmäistä tasoa, joten on helppo mennä ylös ja alas portaita pitkin hissiä odottamatta, jos halutaan.

Nauti loputtomista auringonlaskuista yhdellä suurimmista kannista Panama City Beachillä.

There were 6 people in our party and the condo was perfect for our getaway. The balcony was our favorite morning spot for breakfast and conversation. The sunsets were spectacular each evening. Marc was attentive and quick to respond for any concerns. We will rent this condo again.

Beautiful place

Low level condo! Huge balcony! Horrendous parking!!

We had a great time for the most part with the exception of the parking availability. It was not noted in the description about the HORRENDOUS parking. You are guaranteed one (very tight) parking spot in the parking garage. Then you are allotted one additional parking spot across the street in the overflow parking, but you’re still not guaranteed a spot. They are not assigned so it’s first come first serve. The lot fills up quick and it’s a small lot, not a lot of parking spots available. Myself as well as three of my children and my young grandchildren had to park in the city lot which is across the street from the condo and two parking lots back. Very inconvenient!! It was like playing frogger at times to try to cross the street. It cost over $80 per vehicle to park in the city lot. The owner said they would reimburse the cost, but he never did. I would not recommend this condo complex unless you only have one small /medium size vehicle. Otherwise the parking is very annoying. The condo itself is decent for a rental. There is obvious wear & tear but the decor is nice. The towels were terrible. All of them smelled like mildew. It didn’t matter how many times you washed them, they still smelled gross. There was only one small, worn out skillet to cook with. I notified the owner and there was a new set in front of the door waiting for us fairly quickly. The balcony is Great!! It is huge and fit our large family nicely. Would not stay her again d/t parking, not the condo itself

Family Trip

Do not stay at Barefoot Bliss Suite 403. First, the parking was terrible, had to park longways instead of pulling in. 2nd, Marc the owner was of no help with the problems we had when i contacted him about a tv in one of the bedrooms that didnt have a cable line or satellite hooked up. so it was useless. we could plug it up but no way to watch it without a source. Holes in the bathroom towels in king bedroom. i’ve seen better rags to clean with. Lamps are useless in bedroom if there is no plug. The air conditioner made a loud noise the whole time, and Marc did nothing to help. Never had anyone to come check it out. Pool was not heated the 2nd day. Wont be staying in this unit again.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo in PCB!

This condo is beautiful! It's located right on the beach, has amazing views from the large balcony and is located in proximity to shops, restaurants and more! Parking was no issue as we visited during the "off season" - the parking garage space was nice to have. No issues with elevators as mentioned in other reviews - they worked perfectly for us. We love that the two master bedrooms have the beachfront/ocean views and that each bedroom has access to a bathroom. The entire property seems to be well maintained and well cared for. The no glass and no smoking rules on the pool deck are strictly enforced which we appreciated. From the balcony we saw several pods of dolphins out in the ocean on multiple occasions. The beds were comfortable and there is more than enough dining space for everyone, which was nice since we ate breakfast and lunch in the unit each day to save on money. The kids would have lived in the pool if they could - they were down there for hours each evening. The other people we encountered were friendly and everyone around seemed to be enjoying themselves. Marc is a great host and was prompt and accommodating in answering all of my questions. We met a woman at the pool one evening who was complaining of the experience she was having with her rental - she stays for 2 months every year and this was the first year she was experiencing any issues (new ownership). We told her our experience and condo were great and gave her Marc's card. Would stay again! :)

Beautiful Large Balcony

The unit was very nice and over all a good trip, not having a closet in one of the bedrooms was difficult for one of our couples with no place to hang their clothes. We had 4 couples because this was a 4 bedroom condo and the parking was not good for us. Several times we had to pay to park. The unit itself was nice and the balcony was awesome. The owners allowed us an early check in which was great. We would stay again if we were only needing to have 2 cars but not in our situation where we had 4 couples with 4 cars.

Lovely Stay!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. He even let us check in hours early which helped our family settle in after a long drive with young children. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The beach access was so close and convenient. The absolute best part of the condo was the oversized balcony. It was perfect for breakfast overlooking the water and evenings watching the sunset. Our whole family of 11 was comfortable out on the balcony all together. Parking honestly wasn’t as difficult as we thought it was going to be. We would stay here again! We did have a few minor inconveniences that were factors of the Ocean Ritz overall and not related specifically to the condo; one was that the elevators were being worked on during our stay which caused long wait times for trips with luggage or our beach carts and the last day the first parking level elevator access was planned to be closed so we had to pack everything in the car the night before. Also, the property manager for the Ocean Ritz wasn’t the nicest when we made a mistake and brought the kids down to the pool area and we forgot our wristbands. We had taken them off the day prior for family pictures and it slipped our mind since we were used to having them on. He essentially criticized us for removing them and told us he would have to charge the condo owner for our mistake and walked off. Thankfully someone in our party got it sorted out.

Enjoyable but loud

The condo was beautiful, and we had a lovely time. There were a couple of glitches, TV's didn't work, finally got one to work, and some outlets didn't work. Difficult with 7 women... Unfortunately our stay was during the Harley Festival, which did not know about. It was very loud and difficult to get around with all the traffic, which is no fault of the owner. I would recommend informing guests of that weekend if they are not part of the festival..

Our host had great communication, he was very helpful throughout our stay. Always available to answer questions! The views from the balcony were beautiful! That's where we spent most of our time. Plenty of seating for everyone. Each of the 4 bedrooms had it's own bathroom, that was great. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was great and our favorite was the patio! We really enjoyed our stay! We were not happy with the elevators. There was only one working so it was very hard to get on. We had one of our family members who is in a wheelchair so the stairs were not an option. They definitely NEED both elevators working! Also, the parking area is not ideal. It wasn't designed very well and can definitely be a challenge at times. Besides these two problems, it was great!

Wonderful property!

The property was just as described. We have been to Panama Beach a few times and this will be the first time we have stayed at this property. We will definitely look into it again on our next trip!

Excellent family vacation!!

We had a fantastic time in Panama City Beach and Barefoot Bliss was the perfect condo for our family. The condo was beautifully decorated, each bedroom had it's own bath and the location was excellent. We will definitely be back!
