There was nothing that stood out about this property! So much wrong, took many pics. *Cleanliness, was cleaner when we left.*Master bed was no more than a large piece of old stained soiled foam with a cover on it. *Windows(3 in total)were old, dirty and cloudy. Couldn't see out very well.*Outdoor area patio block very uneven and deteriorating badly. All provided beach items just thrown in the back and unusable.*Carpeting, furniture old, dirty & stained.*Appliances were old, stove burners needed a good cleaning(1 didn't work). Fridge vibrated whenever it ran. *Kitchen cabinets, dressers old, made to look better by paint.*Black crap blown from A/C vents(mold?)*No outside maintenance being done. Flower pots had old faded fake flowers.Their pics of property are very mis-leading! Most items in property are very old and need replacing. Needs complete updating. Housekeeping doesn't take much time cleaning after guests leave, found items left by previous renters under beds. No vacuuming done under things. Mops, brooms & vacuum left in corner of kitchen still dirty. My wife spent way too much time cleaning things that should have been done prior to our arrival. We looked at other properties while there. Other hosts make their units appealing with updates, better maintenance etc. and are reasonably priced. Can't realize any was spent to fix up other than painting. Once they got our money the timely communication ended. We are coming back to PCB but won't be back here!
