- There is a $85 one-time resort fee that includes 1 parking pass and 6 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. This fee is paid directly to Shores of Panama through a link sent ~1 week prior to arrival.
- There is ongoing construction around the Resort. **** Construction is set to begin around this condo on October 31st. ***The balcony will not be accessible.***
- All common areas and amenities like the pools, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Shores of Panama. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- The following are prohibited: Smoking, Vaping, Parties, Events, Unauthorized Guests, Pets, etc.
- Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM
- Wristbands must be worn at all times when onsite
- Parking passes must always be displayed when onsite

As a guest of Beachfront Condo, Pools, Gym, Onsite Parking, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
