Tämä vuokra on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa nukkuu kuusi parisänkyä makuuhuoneessa ja 2 täysikokoista sänkyä vierashuoneessa. Lisäksi Master-sviitissä on oma kylpyhuone ja täydet näkymät veteen. Vierashuoneessa on myös kylpyhuone. Siellä on täysin varustettu keittiö ja ruokailutila, joka mahtuu kuusi pöytään ja neljä muuta tiskille.

Ocean Reefin parvekkeet ovat alueen suurimpia. Vuoden 1908 parvekkeelta voit katsella taivaaseen liittyvää vettä, hyppyjä delfiinien kanssa, lokkien lentämistä, rantaretkijöiden kävelyä, purjelautailua, veneilyä, snorklausta ja paljon muuta. Parveke on sisustettu mukavasti ja tarjoaa rentouttavan alueen nauttia auringonlaskuista ja auringonnoususta.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Panama City Beaches. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi sisäuima-altaan, kuntosalin ja vesipuiston. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Immaculately Clean, Convenient Location

We were excited to find this gem last minute. It was immaculately clean. Just as described. Convenient location. Typically experience elevator issues when staying on 19th floor, but not here - no elevator issues! Only minor complaint - dryer took forever to dry towels and front bedroom (2 beds) was significantly warmer than the rest of the unit. Overall, a great experience at a beautiful condo with beautiful views.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at this property a few times. I like this property because it’s in a really good area to walk to a few places and there are lots of kid activities close. The only thing I didn’t like about this unit was the master bed mattress. It feels like it tilts or is just really worn out. Just really uncomfortable. But that’s it. That’s the only complaint I have about this unit.

Beautiful condo and it was the perfect location.

This condo felt like home, very welcoming the minute we walked in. Usually we stay at Emerald Beach Resort, basically 2 doors down. However, the huge balcony and our own private/personal parking space...that was a huge bonus.. The little donut shop across the street was awesome! You won't be disappointed with this rental...beautifully furnished and perfect location.

We love the location of this condo, walking distance to RunAway Grill, and walk to the beach. The condo did not appear newly renovated except maybe the tile throughout which was nice. the closet floor was filled with kids' beach toys that were full of beach sand. No place for your shoes & only 5 hangers per closet

Great view from balcony!

Although the weather was bad (cool, rainy and stormy all weekend), we enjoyed sitting on the balcony when we were at the condo. Saw some dolphins and stingrays and enjoyed the ocean sounds. We came to PCB to tour the new 55+ community at Latitudes Margaritaville, as well as surrounding areas, for upcoming retirement. The condo is very comfortable, with all the appointments exactly as described. We would revisit Greta's if/when we return.

Paradise

If you are thinking of booking this rental do not hesitate. The location is perfect and the beach is less crowded compared to other areas down the strip. The rental was very clean and had everything needed for our family of 5. Check in was a breeze and the owners were so nice and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful condo ... the ocean view is spectacular. It's clean and comfy and super convenient to everything. Parking is easy and close to the elevator. You're super close to Pier Park. There is a Walmart and shopping area close by. I was sad our time was so limited because it's just that wonderful! I can't wait to go back and stay at this fabulous condo again!

This was the nicest beach condo I have ever stayed in. Nice building, updated elevators, beautiful inside the unit, large balcony, 19th floor. In addition, there aren't any large condo buildings right next to this one so the beach isn't as crowded. I will stay here again!

Property was nice - trip not so much

We arrived the evening of October 6th. The property was lovely. There seemed to be an issue with air conditioning because during our time there we could not get the temp in the unit below 75 (even with keeping all the doors and curtains closed). Then it all fell apart when Hurricane Michael formed in the gulf. While the weather is not controlled in any way by the property owner or VRBO it would be niced if the booking company had some kind of contingency in place for instances like this where we were literally there for less than 48 hrs before the announcements were made through the in unit speakers that there would be a mandatory evacuation of PCB and the Ocean Reef complex at 6am the next day and they recommended to leave ASAP. That’s what we did, packed everything back up and headed back inland. With the projected timeline of the evacuation order and the hurricane’s projected path and timeline we decided to go on to Gatlinburg and try to salvage a few more days from our trip. For some reason, we did decide to purchase travel insurance for this trip so hopefully we can recoooperate some of the money from that. We are very appreciative of the Ocean Reef staff for keeping their guests informed and hope that the complex and the community recover soon.

Nice and clean!

This was a nice place to stay and very clean. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the view was terrific. I was expecting a rooftop unit and surprised to find 4 units above us. Curtains were damaged or off track upon arriving, but should be repaired, as we listed damages in the ap. Overall this is a great unit and we would stay again.
