Beautiful Beach & Fun Resort

This is a very spacious and updated condo with comfortable beds and a great kitchen with nice appliances. The room is right off the tiki bar and pool (as mentioned in the listing) so you feel like you’re always part of the action. It was nice not having to wait for elevators being on the first floor as July was a pretty busy time for the resort. It was also nice to have options for activities - the kids preferred the pool and the adults preferred the beach, so we were able to accommodate everyone’s needs without leaving the resort much other than for the occasionally dinner or lunch out. The condo has everything you’d hope for, including nice bathrooms with plenty of water pressure in the showers (great for cleaning up after those long days on the beach). I also loved being able to walk to the pier as well as Pier Park, they’ve added so much surrounding the area since the last time I visited. If you have time, check out the boat tours to Shell Island - the kids loved seeing the dolphins and manatees swim right up to the boats. Very fun vacation and overall great stay!

Our family just returned from the most incredible stay at this condo in PCB, and we can’t say enough great things about it—especially about Janet, the host. From the moment we booked, Janet was not only responsive and helpful, but genuinely invested in making sure our trip was perfect.She went above and beyond in every way. She made sure the condo was spotless and fully stocked, and even surprised us with thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcomed—things you’d never expect but meant so much. We had four different age groups on this trip, and every single person left with memories they’ll treasure forever.The condo itself was beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Gulf, easy beach access, and everything we needed for a relaxing, fun-filled stay. But what really made the experience stand out was Janet’s care and attention to detail. It felt more like staying with family than just another rental.Thank you, Janet, for making this trip so special. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be telling everyone we know to book with you!

Great place!

The condo is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. My husband has mobility issues so this first floor was perfect for us. The condo is clean and very comfortable. It seemed so much more spacious than the 3 bedroom my son and family rented. Because it is the corner unit, it is in the middle of all the action. Of course that is a good thing and a bad thing. It was great to be right there by the beach and pool but there was a bit of noise coming from the halls. The tiki bar is right out the back door and they play music all day and night up to 10pm. The pool is right out the back door and people are in it from 9am - 10pm. From 10pm to 9am is was very quiet. It didn't bother us much because we were usually out and about but if you are looking for a quiet place, I'd look at an upper floor. It was great to be able to unload and load right at the front door (15 min parking limit). The parking garage is great and always places to park. Don't forget to print your parking pass as we saw a bunch of people having to go to the front desk to get it printed. The complex is right in the middle of the hub which comes with the crowds but also conveniences of nearby places to shop/eat. There were always condo people cleaning, grooming the grounds and walking around to make sure things were great. All in all, it was a great complex. Jan was great with upfront conversations and information. Check in/out was easy.

This Unit is absolutely gorgeous and a Perfect location if you want to be right outside the Tiki Bar (closes early), the Pool and a beautiful view of the Ocean. It's Quiet and decorated very nice. Everything we needed was provided. The Beds' are very comfy and it's very roomy. The Property Mgr was fantastic to work with. We will certainly stay here again. It's on our Fave' List. Thank You !

Nice location

The property and location was exactly how it was described. If you are someone who likes to be in the middle of everything this place is for you. If you are someone who doesn't like crowded places I would maybe look somewhere else. We did have issues with people ringing the door bell late late at night which was very annoying but I guess to be expected with the area. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend it.

Beautiful Property with Great Location!

This unit was very nice and well taken care of! It was just freshly painted prior to our arrival even. We stayed with other families and many commented that our unit was much nicer than theirs. It is in a great location close to Pier Park and the owners were excellent to work with. They were helpful and very responsive!

Fall Break Oasis

This property is amazing. Excellent view, very comfortable beds, beautiful condo and great location. We cooked breakfast every morning and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Parking was easy and the skywalk made traveling to and from the garage effortless. Having a first floor condo so close to everything was a wonderful bonus. Another bonus was having the beach setup with chairs and umbrella. We used it every day. There was some noise on the property, but nothing we couldn’t cover with our sleep app. No doorbell problems while we were there. Being so close to Pier Park was awesome and there are so many restaurants nearby that the only problem we had was trying to decide which one to visit. Check in was easy and check out even easier. We highly recommend this property.

It was really a perfect location! They had everything we needed. The condo, location and everything was just as described! It was great being able to pull up and unload all our stuff! It's everything you could ask for, a great family vacation spot

Short getaway!

Hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Condo was very clean and just as described! We absolutely loved the location! Pulled right up front and unloaded right at our room then drove over and parked the car for the extent of our stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The room location was perfect getting straight to the beach without any elevators or overcrowding. The tiki bar was right out back where we enjoyed some cocktails. I worried about noise levels at night but after about 9pm everything was very quiet! Host was super responsive when communicating. We will definitely be returning!

Location, Location, Location

This condo at Calypso far exceeded my expectations. The location simply can't be beat. This 1st floor unit overlooks the gorgeous ocean and pool surrounded by palm trees. The tiki hut is just steps away, and food and shopping is all within walking distance. The condo is very spacious & clean, and the walk-in closet in the master bath was a nice surprise. The owner Jan was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. I had to reach out to her a few times with questions, and she responded quickly and was able to help me with all my needs. We have been coming to PCB for 40 years, and this unit at Calypso was by far the best all around place we have ever stayed. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Jan for sharing your vacation home with my family.

Lovely, spacious condo

The condo was so beautiful and spacious. Janet was a great communicator throughout our trip. The convenience of being on the first floor was amazing. The beach and pool are very crowded so if crowds aren’t your thing, you should stay somewhere on the east end of the beach. It was nice to be able to walk to Pier Park. Overall, we had a great stay. It’s just never long enough!

Highly Recommend!

This is a wonderful place for families. Gorgeous views of the ocean and palm trees. It is so conveniently located right next to the pool and the tiki bar. The condo has everything you could need with a well stocked kitchen, if you plan to cook at all. The only change that I would recommend would be to do away with Ring doorbell. People would walk by and ring the door bell very late at night and wake you up. If you book this condo you won’t be disappointed.

AMAZING!

From the initial booking and amazing communication from the host, the entire stay was awesome! The pictures don't do this one justice. The property is very well maintained and the condo is spotless. I can't say enough good things! We can't wait to go back. If you are considering this unit, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Happy 55th Birthday Trip

What a way to celebrate the big 55th. This condo was amazing, from the beautiful beach vibe decor, the cleanliness of the condo, to the spacious layout of the condo. Jan made the checkin process so easy and checked on us throughout the trip, to see that everything was adequately addressed. 1st floor was perfect with a one year old. Definitely recommend!

Back-to-School Beach Getaway

My two daughters and two grandchildren and I had an excellent experience while staying in this condo. It was super clean and very spacious. We loved sitting on the patio and looking at the beach and ocean. Since it is on the first floor, the view is like you’re directly on the beach. Convenience is the word that comes to mind for this condo. With two small children, it was great just coming from the beach or pool and turning left and being at the room. We loved not having to walk far or use the elevator. Also, the resort is great with a family atmosphere and a cute tiki bar that has excellent drinks. Pier park is in walking distance which is great to avoid having to find parking. Additionally, our host, Janet, was very attentive and helpful during our stay. This condo will definitely be on our list to stay again!

34th Anniversary
