Location/cleanliness of the property are the main draw. The property was exactly as it looks online. Don't plan on doing any cooking, the kitchen is tiny and lacking even the basic necessities. The washer and dryer are located in the shared garage, which made doing laundry uncomfortable as there were guests in the main house with shared access. It is very close quarters to the main house - the entrance is in their backyard. You can see through their windows, and vice versa. This could be a major issue if there was a rowdy group at the main house as there is basically no separation between the two properties. Although 360 Blue was very responsive, there was absolutely no desire to be accommodating. Early on we were told there would be potential for early check in but day of we were not allowed in even 30 minutes early. We also asked if there was potential for late check out and were told it would be 75 for 2 hours or we would need to pay for another night. On both check in/out, they would not even allow us to leave our bags in the empty garage. However, on our last morning, we went for breakfast and when we returned, the cleaners had already entered and started the turnover over an hour and a half before check out. We were not provided enough toilet paper for our 4-night stay and had to fight for them to deliver an additional roll on our last night. The lack of customer service had me wishing we would have stayed at The Pearl our entire trip.
