Perfect location, access to the beach, shopping and dining. Rooms were clean and up to date. Only complaint was that apparently a barrier was installed in the back parking lot that Uber and Lyft drivers were not aware of, so I had a number of drivers unable to reach us.

It was an average to below average experience. It was hit or miss with staff, some helpful and others didn’t want to be bothered. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was average to below average. A lot of out of control guests as well, but that’s not the hotel fault. Pool is nice and well maintained, quick walk to the beach and shopping. Traffic around the hotel is a nightmare.

Our second time here and we love to location. It’s near the Pier Park shopping area that’s walkable from the Hotel and the beach is across the street. Self parking and Valet are available and checking in and out was a breeze. We didn’t really have to go anywhere.

I liked the room, it was clean and close to the beach. HOWEVER. Room service only makes one bed, they won’t do the bunk beds or pull-out couch… I paid $15 for 3 sodas which were completely uncarbonated and flat last night and was told “that’s what came out” with a shoulder shrug. At check in, the fire alarm in our room went off for 25 minutes before someone came to look at it, and another 20 minutes before someone came to remove it. Then we had to wait another 40 minutes before they brought it back so we could finally sleep after driving for 11 hours. It’s a nice hotel, we just had a poor experience

Place was nice, but the bartenders were obviously under the influence of opioids...they shut the outside bar down way before sunset... absolutely not making the kind of money they could make there...would go back, but would expect to see major changes at poolside ..the breakfast was excellent and the room was cozy, but during the summer there should be live entertainment everyday at the pool between 530-8pm...allot of people would never leave for dinner, they would have it there by the pool

I've traveled quite a bit and never stayed at a hotel that had so many dogs. I thought that it was a dog show in town. All sizes...no weight requirements. Big dogs barking by the pool at night making it hard to sleep. Dogs eating off owners plate. As a first time occupant of this hotel it will actually be my last as well.

My husband and I visited PCB for our wedding Anniversary. We arrived and were offered valet parking for 28 dollars or self parking for 20 dollars. We chose valet parking because it just didn’t make sense to self park and also pay. We checked in and had additional 100 dollars hold placed on card for incidental fees. The rooms are smaller than most Embassy suites and it didn’t have a balcony. We were in room 127 for 2min and maintenance knocked and stated that the room had issues and he needed to fix them. We were so excited to be in PCB we didn’t ask any questions we left to begin our fun time. We started out with happy hour which is only 2 drinks per person. The options are red or white wine, Budweiser or Bud light. It’s celery carrots pretzels and goldfish for snacks. The beach and Pier Park are all short walking distance. We ended the night around 11pm for showers and found out, The shower doesn’t have the sliding glass door. I notified front desk After we checked out, I received 3 invoices from Embassy 1 Room, 2 for valet parking and resort fees. 46.80 and 76.25. I called Monday and the front desk clerk fixed it. Check for over charges Overall it was good

Everything was great except for when I went to check in, they did not give me the room I had paid and booked with Expedia. There must have been some mixed up with Expedia and the hotel, the front desk lady who was quite dismissive and monotone about the situation tried to tell me that there was basically nothing they could do. Fortunately, the wonderful general manager fixed the situation and we ended up getting a good room. Everything from then on was great. The other staff were friendly and helpful.
